Waige POV (Part 1)

I saw her standing across the club, and she was just eyeing someone. And I'm pissed about that.

I've been following her for quite some time now. She looked like she was just waiting for the right moment to find the man she was looking for.

"Give me one shot of martini," I asked the bartender.

Wala akong balak na uminom ngayon dahil kailangan ko pa siyang sundan, pero matutulungan siya nito.

May nilagay akong gamot sa inumin na yun, at binigay sa lalaking kanina niya pa tinitingnan.

"Kyle." mariin na tawag ko sa lalaki.

"Waige? What are you doing here? It was an eclipse to see you here." nakangiting bati niya sa akin kahit na kita ang gulat sa mga mata nito.

Nginitian ko lang siya ng tipid. I know this guy, he is one of the arrogant heir of our business partner. Kung ano man ang galit ni Hera dito, ay kahit hindi ko pa alam ay pumapanig na ako sa kanya. This guy thinks that everything in this world could be his.

"Yea, it's been so long since I had fun." inosenteng sabi ko, kita ko naman na tumango tango siya, "I've heard this is one of the best shots they had here, pero I don't think so. Would you mind having this?" nandidiring pagpapanggap ko sa alak na hawak ko.

Walang alinlangan na kinuha niya ang baso, at ininum yun lahat. Dumbass.

"Are you okay?" tanong ko ng makita kong napahawak siya sa ulo niya.

The drug started to kick in.

"Yea, yea. I'm just drunk. Mauna na ako. See you around." paalam niya sa akin.

Nginitian ko lang siya ng tuluyang umalis sa harapan ko, I could see that she followed him. I made her job easier.

She is Hera Jace Salviano, the sole heir of our biggest enemy. My mom hates their family so much, which is why I'm here. I want to observe her and look for the right time to enter her life, not because my mom wants to, but because I want her to be mine.

Sinundan ko rin siya ng sundan nito ang lalaki. I leave some distance between us so she won't realize that I'm following her. I scoffed in disbelief when she overthrew that tall and masculine man.

Hindi ko alam kung anong dahilan niya para dakpin yun. A guy helped him to bring the man out of her car, and it was Drix.

I've been following her since she was a kid. I also secretly attend the same school she's attending just to see her.

Kilala ko ang lalaki na sumunod sa kaniya. That was Drix Yudesco Hacovo, he was Hera's best friend who's courting her.

My fist clenched when I saw how much he cared for her, tsk.

Hindi na bago sa akin ang magselos sa mga lalaking lumalapit sa kaniya pero iba talaga ang nararamdaman ko kapag itong Drix ang kasama niya.

Hera, is one of the most popular girls in our school. She was known to be sweet and genuine, not knowing that she had a dark secret hiding behind her innocent smile.

"I just did that para mapansin mo ako–" hindi pa natapos si Kyle ng barilin siya ni Hera.

"That's my girl." bulong ko sa sarili ko bago umalis sa lugar.

Wala naman akong problema sa kung sino ang lumapit sa kanya dahil wala naman talaga siyang pake don. It was just Drix is my only problem.
