"Why are you here? How did you know that I'm going here?" magkasunod kong tanong kay Olivia.

She's busy packing her things. Nakahilig naman ako sa pinto habang pinapanood siyang mag ayos.

Lumingon siya sa akin at pinasadahan ng tingin ang buong katawan ko bago ngumisi. Naramdaman ko ang pag init ng mga pisngi ko sa kanyang ginawa.

"My shirt looks so big on you." saad niya ng nakangisi pa rin.

Napairap ako. She's obviously mocking my height. It's not my fault that I was born like this.

"Shut up. You did not answer my questions." masungit na sabi ko sa kanya.

She shrugged her shoulders. "I had a friend here." lumapit siya sa akin. "Let's go?" anyaya niya.

Umirap nalang ako bago lumabas ng pinto. Maingat kaming naglakad papunta sa kanyang sasakyan. Masama na. We don't know if those bastards are still around.

"You should come back. Your friends won't stop crying because they think you're dead." saad ko habang sinusuot ang seatbelt.

This is one fancy car. It looks new. Bigla kong naalala ang kotse ni Cole na basta ko nalang iniwan kaninang madaling araw kung saan. I'm sure he'll be mad at me for losing it. He loved that car. Kung bakit kasi hindi na umandar. I'm sure those bastards last night did something to it.

"Gale will go after them if learns I'm still alive. They will be safe without me around." sagot niya at nagsimulang paandarin ang sasakyan.

There it is again. Why in the hell would Gale go after her?

I wanted to remain silent but I can't help myself. "Why is Gale after you?"

Saglit siyang sumulyap sa akin bago ibinalik sa daan ang tingin. I'm silently hoping that she will answer my question. Kahit ito lang muna.

"He's the twin's real father, and he wants them back. I will never give them to that bastard." inis na sabi niya.

Nanlaki ang mga mata ko. "What the fuck? He got you pregnant?!" gulat kong tanong.

Halos mapatalon ako sa aking kinauupuan nang bigla siyang napapreno. Hindi ko akalain na kahit sa demonyo ay papatol siya. That's disgusting!

"No, Kaylee. He got my friend pregnant. Josie and Kai are not biologically mine." she said firmly. "Their real mom's dead, that's why I'm taking care of them." dagdag pa niya.

"Oh." yan nalang ang nasabi ko.

Hindi na ako umimik. Now I understand why aunt Riley took the kids. It's not safe for them to stay at Valenn. So Olivia doesn't have kids with Tristan. I don't know why I feel relieved. How old is she again? 20? I didn't want to believe that but I guess it's true. If the kids are hers, that means she got pregnant at 16. Well, that wouldn't be surprising anyway. She's such a flirt. I've seen her with girls and it's an eyesore.

Nagtaka ako nang bigla siyang tumigil habang nakatanaw sa bintana. Sinundan ko ang kanyang tingin. She's looking at the cafe where I used to go when me and my family were still living here. That's also where I met Asher, a friend of mine who died 4 years ago.

"Want some milkshake?" tanong niya sa akin.

"Ugh... Yes?" nag aalangan kong sagot.

She smiled. "Okay, wait for me here."

Lumabas siya ng sasakyan. Mabilis akong lumabas din at tumakbo papalapit sa kanya.

I grabbed her arm. "You're supposed to be dead, Olivia. You can't just wander around like that. Someone might recognize you." nakangiwing sabi ko.
