"You're not the one getting married, Liv. Why are you so excited?" Kaye asked while laughing.

It's aunt Riley's wedding, of course I'm excited. This will be the first wedding I will be attending. My outfit should be perfect.

"Help me decide what to wear, Kaye. Don't just lie there."

Muli siyang tumawa. "We're going to wear the same outfit. All bridesmaids wear the same dress."

Napahinto ako sa paghalungkat ng gamit at napatingin sa kanya. "Really?"

She nodded. "Yes, so stop that. It's obvious that you're ignorant."

I pouted and looked away. I didn't know that, and why didn't she tell me sooner? Kung alam ko edi sana hindi ako naghanap ng maisusuot. Nakakahiya.

Sabay kaming napatingin sa pinto nang may kumatok. Naglakad ako patungo dito upang buksan.

"Hey, beautiful." nakangiting bati ni Val.

"Hi, Val." bati ko pabalik at ngumiti din.

"Is your evil blondie sister here? Jeddy's overreacting again because she's nowhere to be found." she said, wincing.

Kumunot ang noo ko. "No, she's not. I'll try to contact her."

When I opened my phone, I saw that she sent me a text message 30 minutes ago saying she will go to the mall because she needs a break from Elijah. Nag away na naman ba sila?

I tried calling her but she's not answering. I also texted her but I didn't receive any reply. I'll just go to the mall and find her. It's not guaranteed that we're already safe. Some of the members of Victoria's organization escaped, including two of its founders.

"I'm going to the mall. You want to come with me?" tanong ko habang pabalik balik ang tingin kila Val at Kaye.

Val shook her head. "I can't. I'm working on my project."

"Kaye?"

Tumaas ang isang kilay niya. "No. Just let her, Liv. You know she's an attention seeker."

I heaved a sigh. I knew she would say that. Why did I even ask her?

"I'll look for her alone then." ngumiti ako sa kanya at lumabas ng kwarto.

"You know that Kaye is right, Liv. Your devil sister really is an attention seeker. She'll be fine." saad ni Val na mukhang ihahatid ako palabas ng bahay.

"She's still my sister. I don't want to leave her alone out there."

"I'll drive you then. It's a hassle if you commute."

Tumango nalang ako dahil ayaw ko din talaga mag commute. I still don't know how to drive. I asked dad to teach me but he said he will when I turned 18. Kaye already knows how to drive because he taught her. I take back what I said before. It really sucks being the youngest.

Because our house here in Esterville is located in town, it only took about 5 minutes to get to the mall. Nagpaalam at nagpasalamat ako kay Val bago siya tuluyang umalis.

Hindi pa rin nagrereply si Jassy. Damn it. Paano ko siya hahanapin sa malawak na mall?

I tried calling her again but she's still not answering. Nang pang limang beses ko siyang tinawagan, nakahinga ako ng maluwag nang sumagot na siya.

"Thank God, Jassy. Where in the freaking hell are you?" agad na tanong ko sa kanya.

"Hello, Olivia Sinclair. Or should I say, Olivia Whitlock?"
