Loosening tie he opened buttons of his sleeves and started rolling them up till his elbows. He reached into his office while he was being followed by his secretary, who was continuously speaking something about the terms and conditions of contract, with the foreign delegation. He had just attended meeting for that foreign project and he was carefully listening to her.
Spreading his coat on the back of chair he sat on it and poured himself a glass of water. The whole day was so hectic. In morning he woke up a little late and found himself asleep in the study. As soon as he reached office the foreign party was already there and he had completely forgotten about that.
Thus they went into a long long meeting and then he had lunch with them. Usually this is what he had liked to do his whole life, study and work. But he was totally irked by the load of work , at that specific day
when he had to find about you. Neither did your thoughts leave him alone for a second. Every passing second he was going more and more impatient to see you again.
Now that he was back to his cabin, his first priority was to find you and nothing else.
Ava:"And that's it sir. These are the major points. Other instructions were clearly told to the delegation and they accepted it."
He nodded proficiently.
Jungkook:"Point number 13 and 42. I want to review them. Leave the contract at my table tomorrow."
Ava:"Got it Mr Jeon. Your next schedule for the day is Mr Hong's daughter's wedding."
He internally sighed and groaned when he remembered that today he also had to attend a wedding function. God d@mn it. Why everything had to be today.
Ava:"Your father instructed to remind you about that and that you must pay a visit."
He poked his cheek with tongue and leaned back on the revolving chair.
And he couldn't even skip that. It was wedding of daughter of his father's friend and he didn't want to disobey his parents. It was rare when they asked him to do something and he couldn't hurt them by not respecting them.
Jungkook:"Time ?"
Ava who was standing on the other side of his table and was facing him immediately replied.
Ava:"At 8 pm sharp."
Jungkook:"What's my schedule for tomorrow ?"
Ava:"Your have tight schedule tomorrow as well. They are a few-"
Jungkook:"Postponed them. Clear my schedule."
She halted for a moment in surprise, he had never done that before but again he could do what he wanted. There was no one to question him. No one could do that. Instantly she composed herself from that shock and spoke professionally.
Ava:"It'll be done Mr Jeon."
He hummed rocking his leather chair a little side to side.
Jungkook:"You may go now. And ask Beomgyu to give me file of Singapore project."
She pressed her lips in a thin line thin to stop herself from smiling at Beomgyu's bad luck.
Ava:"Yes sir."
She bowed slightly before turning towards the door and walking away but halted when his voice once again rang in that silent room.
Jungkook:"Ms Kim."
She immediately turned back at him, standing respectfully.
Ava:"Yes sir ?"
He looked deep in thoughts, his eyes were set on the large glass window, hand was rolling the globe and chair was rocking a little side to side.
Jungkook:"Bring me yesterday's footage of mall. When that incident happened."
She nodded.
Ava:"Ok sir."
Jungkook:"Hmm. Now you may leave."
She again bowed and walked out, closing the door behind.
He closed his eyes and felt himself getting relaxed as soon as your face flashed Infront of his eyes. A bizarre wave of warmth travelled down his spine. He exhaled and felt his heart doing cartwheels.
He smiled lightly already too desperate to see you again.

You were climbing down the stairs when your eyes caught sight of Jiah sitting in the living room. You were astonished to see her at home, she was usually out this time with her friends. Anyways you made your way further down and found her friend Irene sitting there as well.
Your eyes met hers and you immediately gave her a soft smile, which she reciprocated.
Yn:"Hello Irene unnie"
Irene:"Hey yn, how's you ?"
Yn(taking a seat beside them):"Pretty fine. What about you ?"
Irene:"Good."
Jiah:"Why don't you come with us yn ?"
Yn:"where ?"
Jiah:"Salon."
You looked at Irene and she beamed.
Irene:"C'mon you can join us."
You smiled softly and nodded.
Yn:"Thanks."
Irene looked at Jiah and noticed how her eyes were sad, as if the effect of what happened that day wasn't over till now. You had forgotten to tell Jiah that you were present when that accident happened and Jungkook got cüt on his arm. You just didn't remember that anymore.
