Cuddles

She tied her hair in a messy bun and Dr Eun settled comfortably on her place.
Dr Eun:"Where is Jack ?"
Jiah:"In other bedroom. His online interview is going on."
Dr Eun nodded.
Dr Eun:"So should we start now ?"
Jiah sighed before placing a cushion on her lap and leaning a little back on the couch.
Jiah:"Sure."
She muttered.
Dr Eun:"So, tell me what did you feel today ?"
Jiah:"Today.....I felt a bit better."
Dr Eun:"Bit better.......like ?"
Jiah:"Like I really felt good..... especially with Jack."
Dr Eun:"In romantic way ?"
She bit her lower lip and shrugged slightly.
Jiah:"Kind of. He made me feel giddy and comfortable."
Dr Eun:"Did you..... remember him ?"
Jiah gulped.
Jiah:"Just for mere seconds....once in the noon."
Dr Eun:"Then what did you do ?"
Jiah looked at her before looking away.
Jiah:"I inhaled deeply, closed my eyes......and shrugged his thoughts away........then...."
Dr Eun:"Then ?"
Jiah:"Then I started remembering the moments I spent happy....with myself....with my friends....with jack."
Dr Eun hummed satisfied.
Dr Eun:"his thoughts didn't come again ?"
Jiah(making patterns on the cushion with her forefinger):"No."
Dr Eun:"We're talking about him now......are his thoughts coming in your mind right now ?"
Jiah paused before shaking her head.
Jiah:"No."
Dr Eun:"Then what's going on in your mind right now ?"
Jiah:"That I am taking my therapy."
Dr Eun:"And what's on back of your mind ?"
Jiah:"Back of my mind ?"
She wondered before biting her lower lip.
Jiah:"I am praying for Jack's interview to go well."
Dr Eun smiled. Her efforts were definitely paying off and the major reason was the patient was willing and trying herself. She had definitely hit the right spot when she mentioned about Jiah's mom Infront of her.
Dr Eun:"I'm so happy. You're going good. Do you feel haapy ?"
Jiah:"A lot more than before."
Dr Eun:"And what is the major cause of your happiness ?"
Jiah frowned.
Dr Eun:"I mean what do you do most of the time ?"
Jiah:"Everything...I feel like doing."
Dr Eun:"Does jack accompany you ?"
Jiah:"Most of the times."
Dr Eun (smiling):"It's beautiful when your best friend falls in love with you right ? He knows you better than anyone else."
Jiah nodded, totally agreeing on this one.
Dr Eun:"Is there anything you want to plan for tomorrow ?"
Jiah(thinking):"Going to the beach."
Dr Eun:"And ?"
Jiah:"Baking cake."
She nodded, and gave a slight smile.
Dr Eun:"Are you feeling active enough to do this ?"
Jiah:"Yeah.....kind of."
Dr Eun:"Alone ? Or with jack ?"
Jiah:"Doesn't really matter.....I think I can enjoy alone too."
She hummed.
Dr Eun:"You're so brave and consistent. Your progress is truly admirable jiah."
Jiah smiled slightly. She agreed her process was good....these days she was feeling better than ever.
Dr Eun:"How's your dad ?"
Jiah went quiet for few seconds before muttering.
Jiah:"Fine."
Dr Eun:"How was the conversation with him ?"
Jiah:"Short."
Dr Eun:"Was it different....in any way ?"
Jiah:"It was....it was not cold and.....we didn't argue."
Dr Eun:"Jiah dear, can I ask a question....that might be triggering for you ?"
She gulped and played subtly with a strand of her hair.
Jiah:"Go on."
Dr Eun (observing her carefully):"Is there anything.....that made you distant from your dad ? Don't reply if you don't want to. No pressure."
Jiah gulped and took some time before she stared speaking.
Jiah:"Nothing. There's nothing."
Dr Eun:"Then......"
She trailed off cautiously.
Jiah:"After my mom left us.....we naturally just kind of drifted away. I was angry at my dad and my dad got married to Mrs Shin, I started despising them both."
She sighed and Dr Eun listened carefully.
Jiah:"I have always been reserved....I went abroad in a boarding school and since then I couldn't get on good terms with my dad. He....did try to approach but I just....gave him cold shoulder....."
Dr Eun:"And that's how it's going.... between you...cold..."
Jiah hummed.
Dr Eun:"No worries. Nothing can change that you're his daughter. I am sure things are getting better...do you believe it too ?"
Jiah(biting inside of her cheek):"I do."

Wiggling a little on your place you fluttered your heavy eyelids and slowly opened eyes just to see him, he smiled fondly when he noticed that you were waking up. Pulling you more into himself he released a sigh of deep comfort. You noticed his fingers were playing with your hair.
Jungkook:"Good morning"
He rasped.
Yn:"Good morning."
You whispered back before closing your eyes again. He kissed your forehead and peppered a few more k!sses on your temple and cheeks.
Jungkook:"Still sleepy ?"
Yn:"Not really."
You muttered before snuggling a little in him and he felt fireworks erupting inside himself at your cute act, causing his smile to deepen.
Jungkook:"Cuddles felt comfortable right ?"
Yn:"Hmm."
His knuckles daintily caressed your jaw and he placed a soft k!ss on your jaw bone.
Jungkook:"Have you ever cuddled before ?"
You blinked and parted a little away from his chest to look at him.
Yn:"With my mom. When I was kid ?"
He smiled.
Jungkook:"I never did. Not after my fifth birthday. I was fascinated by the idea that I am grown up and that I could sleep alone....."
He chuckled.
Yn(surprised):"you've been sleeping alone since you were five ?"
Jungkook:"Of course."
Yn(fiddling with his v neck):"I used to sleep with my mom till I was eight."
He grinned, amused.
Jungkook:"Was my love a scaredy cat ?"
You slightly shook your head.
Yn:"Not really....I just.....okay I was.....a little bit."
Jungkook:"God !!!.....so adorable."
His insides felt fuzzy on your cute expressions causing him to plant a deep k!ss on your cheek. You cleared your throat at his action and lowered your eyes now staring at your fingers that were playing with v neck of his hospital shirt.
Jungkook:"Grandma used to recite me poems before my bedtime."
You again looked at him and smiled lightly.
Yn:"Children usually listen stories before going to bed."
He shrugged with a grin.
Jungkook:"Your man is built different."
You just laughed softly causing him to squeeze you more into him. Your one small act was able to rob all of his heart. You were his heart.
Yn:"God ! Jungkook !"
Jungkook (snuggling in your neck):"Yes love ?"
Yn:"Stop tightening the hug."
You muttered and caressed his head, that was now nuzzled in your neck. He deeply inhaled your fragrance and his nose caressed your soft skin making you close your eyes.
Jungkook:"I fre@king love it..... tightly holding you in my arms.....arrrghhhh.....I just can't explain......"
He whispered and you felt his breath hitting your skin making you gulp.
His heart was banging hard against his chest and you felt it clearly.....but now it wasn't surprising for you like it used to be. Seemed like you had accepted the fact that his heart was always going to be erratic at your closeness.
Yn:"You're so careless. For the thousandth time your rib is fractured."
You mumbled and he smiled.
Jungkook:"it doesn't hurt, I am okay."
Yn(slowly shaking head):"Stubborn."
He cackled and his arms tightened even more around you.
Jungkook:"Anything for you, love..... anything."
He once again whispered in his husky voice and you just kept quiet brushing fingers through his hair that made him humm in bliss.
It was a peaceful silence for sometime before he broke it.
Jungkook:"I am sorry."
Remorse clearly visible in his voice. You stared in his eyes, and found his orbs covered by glint of regret and hurt. He never showed it but your every pain gave him agony, only he knew how he handled his own torment every time you were hurt. You just kept quiet.
Jungkook:"For everything.......I know my apology is nothing as compared to what I did....but I sincerely.....really....am sorry."
He whispered.
Yn:"I don't know Jungkook......it feels strange. It's not my habit to hold grudges against anyone but....what you've done will take time for me to forget."
You whispered back and he gulped, trying to suppress the stinging pain of his eyes due to unshed tears.
Jungkook:"I am sorry. I know I can't undo my mistakes but I am really sorry love."
You just hummed, continuing to brush fingers through his hair. Tightening his veiny arms around you, he stuffed his face more into the crook of your neck.
A few minutes later you tried to get out of his his arms but he didn't let you.
Yn:"Jungkook, we should get up now."
Jungkook:"Let's stay like this please."
Muttering lowly, his nose started caressing your neck and sniffed your scent from time to time. Your intoxicating fragrance invaded his senses and sent shivers of bliss through him making his insides tremble in ecatasy. You closed your eyes, and wrapped your one arm around him, while your other hand was still stroking his hair.
Even though you didn't love him but you felt comfortable and safe in his embrace, his arms provided you warmth and security making you at peace.

"Fourth floor right ?"
Baekhyun:"Yes, fourth floor."
"Okay, okay I am on my way...I'll be there in a minute."
Baekhyun:"Where are you even ? We've been waiting for almost half an hour and I am fre@king tired! "
Jihyoo:"why are you tired ? You weakling."
Baekhyun:"You l!zard I am tired because I am holding syeop !"
"Ok fine I am sor-"
She said urgently and hurriedly walked ahead while talking on phone.
While speaking she took a turn at the end of corridor but....a groan left her mouth when her frail body collided with someone who was also taking turn.
He was baffled when suddenly a body crashed into him but his senses got alerted when he saw that the woman who bumped into him was about to fall. Hence acting on his reflex he quickly stepped ahead and held her from falling, wrapping his strong arm around her back. As soon as he looked at her he paused...and for a moment his heart stopped too. That girl..... she had her eyes squeezed shut and her hands were holding on his collar for support......she looked......so cute....and beautiful....he forgot to blink.
She had her eyes closed in fear and she was waiting to fall on the hard floor. When she still didn't feel anything she opened her one eye and the sight Infront made her both eyes open in shock. What the-
That stranger again ???!!!!! And he was staring at her.....holding her.....while her hands were on his collar......
Jihyoo:"Yahhhh !"
He, who was kind of lost in her flinched and snapped back to senses, wondering what had happened to him a few moments ago....why did he get frozen ? He thought cluelessly......She instantly stood straight and he moved himself away from her after clearing his throat.
Jihyoo:"You again ???!!!"
She asked flaring her small nostrils and her frustrated voice made him frown.
Taehyung(agitated):"Excuse me miss !! I have the same question, you again ??!!!"
Jihyoo(squinting her eyes):"Tell me seriously, are you really following me ?"
Taehyung (in disbelief):"What the ? You bumped into me and I am following you?!!! Shouldn't I be the one asking are you stalking me ???!!"
Jihyoo(gasping):"Me ? Stalking you ?"
She laughed sarcastically, mocking him and he gritted his teeth.
Jihyoo:"Why would anyone follow YOU out of all the people ???!!!"
Taehyung(hit on the ego):"Why ? What's wrong with me ? That anyone can't follow ME out of all the people ????!!! I am the most handsome man in the world !"
Jihyoo:"Haha most handsome man what a joke !!! Seems like you haven't seen the mirror ! You look like an alien !"
Taehyung:"Yahhhh !!!! Do you also have bad eyesight alone with dumb brain ??!! How can you compare a Greek god like me with a fre@king alien !!!??"
She scoffed.
Jihyoo:"Look Mr delulu stop with this rubbish and leave my way ! Also don't ever dare to bump into me again !"
She showed her forefinger to him and he scowled in anger. Their looked at each other in irritation.
Taehyung:"Fyi YOU bumped into me !!!! And not the other way ! So stop showing me your chimpanzee face and don't come Infront of me again !!!"
Jihyoo:"You sh!t alien ! How dare you call me a chimpanzee !!!"
She took a step closer in fury while still showing her forefinger to him in a threatening way but as she moved her foot touched something on the ground making her look down. As soon as did so, a gasp left her mouth. He followed her gaze and his frown deepened.
Jihyoo:"Oh no !"
She whispered and bent down to pick her phone but as soon as she saw the cracked screen her eyes grew in horror and she looked at him with furious eyes making him take a step back.
Jihyoo:"Youuuu !!!!!! You-you-"
She looked like she'll just scratch his face her nails and he gulped in horror. Before he could say something she bursted out.
Jihyoo:"First you almost broke my hips ! Then you broke my car ! Then you broke my head ! And now you broke my phone ???!!!!! I'll not leave you alive now !"
She said taking a step towards him d@ngerously.
Taehyung (a little afraid but stubborn):"Y-yahhh ! It was your fault ! You broke your ph-"
Before he could finish a nurse interrupted.
Nurse:"Excuse me sir ? Madam ?"
They turned their heads towards her in unison making her blink and she nervously chuckled.
Nurse:"Can you please be a little quiet ? Patients may get disturbed !"
They again looked at each other and glared.
Jihyoo(whisper yelling):"I want to be@t the sh!t outta you !"
Taehyung (also whisper yelling):"Don't even try to come near me ! You wild cat !"
Jihyoo(again whisper yelling):"You bulldozer ! I will crack your neck !"
Taehyung (gritting teeth, still whisper yelling):"You short specie ! You don't even reach my neck !"
She opened her mouth to say something but her cracked screen lit up and her phone started ringing again snapping her back to senses.
Jihyoo(wide eyes):"Oh sh!t I am doomed !"
Forgetting everything she moved past him but stopped and looked at him.
Jihyoo(whispering threateningly):"Don't come Infront of me again !!"
Taehyung (annoyed, whispering back aggressively):"I don't come in front of you, you come in front of me so don't come in front of me ever again !"
Jihyoo:"Argggghhhhhhhh ! B@srard !"
Stomping her foot on ground she walked away briskly.
Taehyung:"Huh !!!!!! Wicked woman !!!"
Muttering under his breath he scoffed and walked away as well to the opposite direction.
While the nurse stood there, dumbfounded.
Nurse:"W-what was that ?"
Scratching her forehead she also walked away to the third direction.
