Did yn really do wrong ?

Time skip
It was quiet. Only the sound of breathing could be heard in the room.
Jiah had that shock plastered on her face, so.......this was the truth. Her heart ached and she gulped before looking at Mrs shin who was sitting with her glossy eyes.
Mrs Shin told her everything except for the thing that she will get yn divorced from Jungkook. She purposely hid it, she feared what if......just what if jiah gets false hope after hearing about Jungkook's divorce...she wanted jiah to move on from Jungkook because she knew divorced or not he wasn't going to accept Jiah, he didn't accept her all those years then there was no chance now as well.
Jiah once again gulped heavily to swallow the lump in her throat. It was hurting, so much, wound on her heart was still fresh, it'll take time to heal. But she braced herself, releasing a sharp breath.
Jiah(red eyes):"You still didn't tell dad ?"
Mrs shin:"No."
Jiah:"Why ?"
Mrs Shin:"Jiah, my sunshine, I don't want any more clashes to happen between you and your father. I will tell him everything now, but I'm struggling as how to inform him about everything without involving you."
Her voice was low.
Jiah(blank):"Tell him the truth. Don't worry about me."
Mrs Shin:"Jiah -"
Jiah(dejected):"I've never been close to dad afterall. What can possibly go wrong ? He'll scold me ? Get angry at me ? What else ?"
Mrs Shin:"He'll be hurt. Distance will grow even more between you two."
Jiah looked at her and a dry chuckle left her mouth.
Jiah:"He won't be."
Mrs Shin (shaking head slightly):"Why do you think he won't be hurt jiah ? Do you know how worried he was when he found out about your fractured ankle ?"
Jiah just kept quiet and looked at her foot, that was healing. And was quite better now.
Mrs Shin:"You and your dad both are same, you have same nature. Do you realize how many times you uninterestedly replied to his advances, to his calls. It made him egoistic jiah."
She thought about that.....and now that she tried to give it a thought, it was somehow right....she had just become habituated to talk like that with her parents, after de@th of her mom she couldn't get close to her dad anymore and it eventually became worse that both grew apart from each other.
Everytime she talked like that with Mrs shin but Mrs shin still contacted her again and again.....and it made her think that her dad would be the same....he'd contact her again and again no matter how she talks....but after her continuous not so respectful behaviour he stopped getting in contact with her. His anger and ego came in between. He was her dad afterall.
Mrs Shin:"Do you think if he didn't contact you he wasn't concerned about you........"
She chuckled and jiah looked at her with inquisitive gaze.
Mrs Shin:"Yn and I were major sources for him, he always asked your whereabouts from us."
The revelation left Jiah speechless.
Mrs shin:"Like I always tell you jiah, he loves you sweetheart."
They both were quiet for sometime when Jiah spoke.
Jiah:"Tell him everything. He.......loves yn too."
Everytime she spoke yn's name, Jungkook flashed on her mind but she tried her best to ignore it.....she was trying her best to ignore her heart that beated for him.
But after listening to everything.....she couldn't quite decide whom to blame ? Her heart which still loved him ? Jungkook who didn't even pity on her ? Or yn ?
Jiah knew yn, she knew yn was fragile girl, she was well aware of her nature, after listening to whole truth she couldn't quite comprehend what she should feel for yn...hate ?.....nothing ?.....angry ?....she didn't know.....but one thing was final.....she would always be envious of yn. Always. Because yn had something that no other could ever get...... Jungkook..... Jungkook's heart and his entire existence.
Squeezing her eyes shut to shoo those heart wrenching thoughts away she breathed deeply to ease the ache in her chest and again looked at Mrs shin.
Jiah:"Tell him everything. Let dad know about everything."
Mrs Shin just pressed her lips in a thin line...she didn't reply to jiah but she was still thinking of ways to somehow hide Jiah's part from Mr shin.
Jiah:"I-"
She paused and gulped, trying to endure the stinging pain in her nose.
Jiah:"I......am trying to......move on from him."
She completed the sentence and Mrs shin was surprised for a moment before she sighed in relief. Finally. Finally jiah was trying..... finally she could hope that her daughter would be out of this heart breaking condition.
Placing her hand on Jiah's hand, she patted it slowly.
Mrs Shin (smiling in relief):"My prayers are with you. I'm sure sweetheart God will help you heal yourself."
Jiah bit her lower lip but a tear quietly fell from her eyes, which she wiped the next moment.
Mrs Shin just squeezed her hand assuringly.
Inhaling sharply she composed herself, and sat straight before looking at Mrs shin.
Jiah:"I've decided to move abroad. Maybe to states. I want to start fresh."
Mrs shin became quiet.
Mrs Shin:"Start fresh..."
Jiah:"Hmm....settle there, do a job, and.....and find someone who'd accept me with my broken heart.....or maybe someone who'll be as broken hearted as I am....and maybe it will workout."
She tucked a strand of her mildly damp hair behind her ear.
Jiah:"I am telling you this..... because I'm not sure I would meet dad before going, right now I'm not in condition to explain everything to him, you should just tell him the whole matter."
Mrs Shin bit inside of her cheek thinking about something.
Mrs Shin:"What if you find someone here .......near you.....who needs you....who's as broken hearted as you are....with whom you can start new and better....... ."
Jiah frowned in utter confusion.
Jiah:"Here ? What do you mean ?"
Mrs Shin(observing Jiah carefully):"You know Jack resigned from his job to be here .........with you.."
Jiah blinked in shock.
Jiah:"Huh ?"
She couldn't believe it....what did Mrs mean by that...and jack left his job ? The job for which he struggled.....they had that custom in Jack's family that parents would provide expenses till graduation and after that children had to stand on their own feet...jack was doing the same like his siblings did....he got this job after many hurdles, against many competitors and now he just ...left it ?
Jiah:"Why would he do that ?"
She asked in daze.
Mrs Shin gave a knowing smile.
Mrs Shin:"Yes why would he do that...why will your pain hurt him more...... that's for you to think dear. I will go help him in kitchen....that guy is pretty good at cooking too."
She chuckled at her last sentence, her heart was a little light than before, now at least jiah was getting better, and the remaining thing was she had to get yn out of that marriage.
Mrs Shin walked out leaving Jiah in her thoughts, her forehead was creased thinking about Mrs shin's words confusingly......

Jihyoo:"Oh yeah, how was the food bro ?"
She asked him tieing the seatbelt around her, and he just shrugged with a small smile. They were in parking lot of a restaurant.
Baekhyun:"It was good."
Jihyoo:"Ikr"
She smacked his arm and looked at him with side eyes waiting for his comeback but he just chuckled making her bite her lower lip, she again put on a wide smile as well to hide her disappointed expressions.
Jihyoo:"I mean I am going to update status on insta, like I, Lee Jihyoo, paid for YoUr food. I am great, like you should consider yourself lucky dude you're the only human I spent my money on."
She was blabbering continuously while he was smiling lightly in response.
Today she forced him to go out for lunch, she had enough of him, he had like isolated himself from the outer world and his whole family was worried about that.
Though they both fought like tom and Jerry but he was still her cousin and she loved him. They were pretty close just like siblings and seeing him like that was getting unbearable now.
Absorbed in her thoughts, Jihyoo was reversing the car and Baekhyun was leaning back on the seat with closed eyes when a sudden jerk made then jump in shock.
Jihyoo:"Ouhhh"
Baekhyun:"Yahhh, what was that !"
Jihyoo's eyes widened and she, very slowly looked at the rear mirror just to see she had bumped into another car.
Jihyoo:"Holy sh!t."
Baekhyun glared at her.
Baekhyun:"Seriously jihyoo ?"
He groaned and got out of the car, making his way to the owner of the other car, who was also stepping out.
He looked at the man and apologized instantly.
Baekhyun:"Excuse me sir, I'm really sorry, are you alright ?"
The man who was quite baffled by the sudden bumping of cars, looked at Baekhyun and nodded.
Taehyung:"It's okay. I'm fine-"
Before he could speak any further a feminine voice cut him off.
Jihyoo:"Baekhyun-ahh it wasn't my-"
He looked at her.
Their eyes met.
And their eyes widened.
Jihyoo:"Youuuuu!!"
Taehyung:"Youuuuu !!"
They exclaimed at the same time in shock.
Baekhyun stood there totally confused.
Baekhyun:"Ahh umm do you perphaps....know each other ?"
Taehyung looked at him and was about to say something but jihyoo beat him in that.
Jihyoo:"You Mr. ! I told you to watch your way next time !"
Taehyung frowned.
Taehyung:"Excuse me miss ! But this time it was your fault ! You should apologize !"
Baekhyun didn't understand a word and stood looking at them dumbfounded.
Jihyoo(placing her hands on waist ):"Last time you almost broke my hips ! And now you almost broke my car ! And you want ME to apologize ??!!"
She spoke like some bellicose lady and he for some reason wanted to laugh at the way she was looking like a cute small red angry bird, but cleared his throat to maintain his neutral expressions.
Taehyung:"I agree last time it was my mistake, and I apologized. But this time it's clearly your fault lady, you didn't pay attention while reversing your car !"
He was right, he was just going to park his car when this woman out of nowhere bumped her car into his. They glared at each other and Jihyoo was about to say something but before she could use her scissors like tongue and worsen the matter, her cousin decided to butt in.
Baekhyun (placing his palm on jihyoo's mouth):"Haha, I'm sorry sir, my sister can't drive well, I'd like to get your card and will pay you for your loss."
Taehyung raised a brow seeing jihyoo struggling in Baekhyun's hold and trying to free herself, but then he smiled at Baekhyun.
Taehyung:"It's okay. No need to pay me."
He once again looked at Jihyoo's wiggling figure.
Taehyung:"Just be careful while driving, next time."
It was as if he returned her words back to her, and she gritted her teeth glaring at him.
Baekhyun slightly nodded.
Baekhyun:"Thanks. Have a nice day."
He said and dragged jihyoo towards car while Taehyung shook his head and proceeded to go to his own car. However he could hear their faint voices.
Jihyoo:"Yah ! Dumbhead ! Why did you say I can't drive well ? I drive better than you !"
Baekhyun:"Of course you do you shawty, that's why you almost got us in trouble ! Now I'll drive, and you'll sit on passenger seat."
Jihyoo(enraged):"What the - this is my car ! I will drive ! You go sit on the passenger seat !"
A chuckle left Taehyung's mouth at them who were bickering like kids. With a slight smile he started his car and drove away.
