Mrs Shin's plan

Jungkook:"what ? Why won't I ? He's misunderstanding my wife...I'm the one responsible for this I'd clear this too...."
Mrs shin:"you won't, please, don't let him know the truth right now.."

She was shook from inside after thinking what'd happen if jungkook tells mr shin about Jiah......Mr shin was already disappointed with jiah in so many things and it'd make the situation worse..... because one thing she knew now was Jiah was crazy for Jungkook......and her craziness was intense ......it could lead Mr shin to be even more disappointed in her......he won't be angry because she loved someone.....he'd be angry after finding out the way she had been behaving for that love......like a p$ychotic person.......crushing her self respect even after getting rejected since years and even after finding out that the man loved someone else......she still wasn't thinking of anything except him.....he wouldn't be pleased to see his daughter like that.......and she couldn't let that happen.....she was afraid........

and even worse what if he tries to break your marriage with Jungkook right now after finding out the truth.....he was definitely capable of doing that, men when being protective don't care about anything else and Mr shin would do this to protect you without thinking about the consequences.......it'd bring disastrous effects for the whole family's reputation......... it could bring future problems for both you and jiah..........she was a practical woman.....she had experienced the society..... she knew it'd be worst decision to file for divorce after announcing your marriage publicly just yesterday.........everything needed time....she was so worried not knowing what to do ahead......it wasn't like she wanted to see you in pain, she wanted you to get out of this marriage if this was forced for you but again she had to control her nerves and deal with the whole matter wisely....it wasn't time to do decisions on a whip....

And what if Mr shin even Files for divorce ? Yes, they were influential and rich , but when compared to jungkook's background they held no power. Jungkook alone was much more influential and authoritative than your whole family, hence she wanted time to think of better and practical ways, deciding something in anger, which she knew Mr shin would do if he finds out the truth, won't be helpful rather it would cause havoc in everything for your family.

Jungkook's frowned deepened at her words and you were confused.
Jungkook:"Why not Mrs shin ? He should know the truth."
Mrs shin (eyes getting wet):"Not now. He won't tolerate this. We've just announced yn's marriage yesterday, and he won't hesitate to file for divorce if he finds out his daughter is forced in this marriage. It would bring very unpleasant after affects. I'll handle everything with time, right now situation doesn't allow us to be so reckless and tell him everything, let him cool down."
She tried to persuade him.
A scowl appeared on Jungkook's face......divorce ??!!! What the f-cking sh!ttt !!! Not even in dreams !!!
Jungkook (stern):"I have to disappoint you Mrs shin, but I'd be clearing everything with Mr shin. I don't want him to misunderstand yn. My wife isn't the one to be blamed. And about divorce, it is impossible, I won't let that happen."
Power dripped through his voice.
Mrs shin pressed her lips in a thin line and closed her eyes before opening again and looking at him.
Mrs shin:"please, try to understand Mr Jeon. I'll handle everything with time, i'll tell him the truth myself when the right time comes."
Yn:"mom-"
Your own eyes were teary.
Jungkook (not pleased at all):" I can't do you this favour. I'll tell everything to Mr shin and make him understand it, I'll make him accept our marriage, he has to accept us even if he doesn't, there's no way in h€ll I'm leaving my wife."
He interjected calmly but with supremacy. Mrs shin knew he'd capable of doing everything he said, and she didn't want to bring this sudden misery on her family. She needed to be calm and think about everything.
He said and stood up, before looking at you.
Jungkook:"I'm in the room."
He told you and looked at your mom.
Jungkook:"Excuse me Mrs shin, I should get going now."
He said politely but with his authoritative voice and made his way out of the living room.
As soon as he was out Mrs shin facepalmed and sighed.
Yn:"mom."
You called her worriedly.
She looked at you.
Mrs shin:"Yn, whatever happened you have no fault in this. But this isn't how we should be dealing with it, please, make him agree."
You shifted a little on your place and your lower lip shivered.
Yn:"You said everything would be okay mom. I don't want to be in this marriage."
She caressed your cheek. Your pain was paining her too.
Mrs shin:"I understand honey, but we can't just break this marriage off. You know your marriage has become a hot news in media, and we just declared it yesterday. It'd be devastating for our family if we just apply for divorce, it'd stain your reputation too."
Yn:"But-"
Mrs shin:"A few months. Be in this relationship for a few months before we take any action hmm ? I will take you out of here ? Let your dad cool down a little, I'll tell him everything. He will become hyper if being told now, and it will just create more problems."
She tried to make you understand and she was right.
You knew your dad, he was an upright man, never afraid of standing up Infront of anyone. He'd go against Jeon's family too, if it would be for his daughters but you knew this wasn't the solution. Instead it could be even more problematic. Jeons were incomparable. A few tears slipped down your eyes.
Yn:"it's hard."
You whispered.
Mrs shin:"i know"
She whispered back and caressed your hair.
Mrs shin:"But please talk to jungkook about the matter. Stop him from telling everything to your dad. It'll take time but we'll handle everything hmm ? I can sense Jungkook won't hurt you at least. Just a few months, let everything come back to its usual routine and we'll look for the possible ways to get you out of here, hmm ?"
There was impatience of mother in her voice and you understood it, Your family's condition was so complicated right now.
Yn:"how can I make him agree ?"
Mrs shin:"You can try please."
Yn:"but mom dad is hurt, he told me to n-never show him my face."
Your eyes teared up once again, your heart clenched.
She exhaled heavily and squeezed your hands softly.
Mrs shin:"Everything will be okay. Just stop him for now. This is not the time........ everything is messed up. Let's take time and solve everything slowly. I'll try to talk to your dad slowly. I'm sure things will go back to their place."
You stared at your mom with wet eyes, you trusted her.
Although one of the reasons to keep everything from Mr shin for now was Jiah as well but Mrs shin didn't mention it Infront of you and Jungkook because she knew it wouldn't be an appropriate reason. She wanted to give jiah some time and she wanted her to manage herself, move on from this fruitless love.

She was sitting on the ground hugging her knees, her barren eyes were staring at anonymous point. She felt de@d.....but no....she felt pain too
...in every corner of her soul. Do de@d people feel pain ? Where was she ? Hanging between life and de@th.
Jack, who had been observing her for a few minutes finally decided to approach her. Her condition was hurting him much. Taking a seat beside her on the carpeted floor, he faced her who still didn't take notice of his presence.
Jack:"Jiah !"
He softly called her. But she didn't budge. It was like she didn't listen.
He placed a hand on her cheek and turned her face towards him, but her hollow eyes scared him.
Jack:"Don't be like this !"
He managed to whisper, helplessly. He didn't know how to take her out of this misery.
Jack:"Jiah !"
Jiah:"Jiah d!ed !"
She spoke but her words, sliced his heart.
He bit his lower lip.
Jiah(lifeless chuckle):"Jiah doesn't even d!€".
Her eyes started getting wet once again.
He sighed and caressed her head before pulling her in his embrace. She clutched his shirt in her fists and sobbed quietly soaking the fabric with her tears. He looked up to stop his own tears and felt stinging pain in nose.
A few minutes later she calmed down and he kept caressing her back.
Jiah(heavy voice from tears):"What is my fault here ? I love him, is this my fault ?"
She mumbled making him exhale a deep breath.
Jack:"Loving someone isn't wrong jiah. It's not in our hands, is it ?"
Jiah:"Then why am I being punished ?"
She pulled away from hug and looked at him with hurt evident in her eyes.
He smiled sadly. Only if she could see the pain in his hurt she wouldn't ask that.....if it was in our hands to love or not love someone he wouldn't have fallen for her after knowing how much she loves jungkook.
Jack:"It's not punishment, it's price. You have to pay for falling in love. Especially In an unrequited love."
Jiah:"Why my love had to be one sided ? Why did he have to love someone else ?"
She asked lowly, her heart was bl€€ding.
Jack:"Destiny decides that. We have no say in things fate has written for us."
He tried to give the answer he believed in, and that was true to some extent as well. Destiny......is truth. "Meant to be" is truth.
Jiah:"I could bear the pain of him not loving me. But he loves someone else, I can't take that."
Her lips trembled. Jack's own eyes watered.
Jiah:"Why my heart doesn't understand anything ? Why it doesn't get that he would never love me ?"
She asked in desperation.
Jack:"It will understand. It will. Time maybe won't heal you but it'll teach you how to live with this fact."
He muttered gently and caressed her head. She smiled, a painful one.
Jiah:"I don't think so, I can't take this pain."
Was all she said before burying her face in her arms. He breathed heavily and kept his teared up eyes, fixed on her figure.
"No one can understand you more than me. We're passengers of the same boat..... unrequited, one sided love."
