Poking his cheek with tongue Jungkook glanced at them and became even more agitated. You were talking with that Baekhyun all smily......you had never talked so much with your own husband. You were sitting with your friends in the terrace of that hospital room, and he could clearly see you through the glass door.
A little voice brought him back to senses.
Syeop:"Uncle !"
He looked down just to see the little boy and smiled slightly. Jungkook liked this little guy, because he had seen you for the first time while saving this kid.
Jungkook:"Yes buddy ?"
Syeop(innocently):"You're yn aunt's hubby ?"
He grinned and nodded.
Jungkook:"Thankfully, I am."
The little boy pouted.
Jungkook (frowning slightly):"What happened ?"
Syeop(showing puppy eyes):"Yn aunt promised me that she'll marry me when I grow up."
Jungkook's jaw fell. What the- was that one grown @ss man rival less that now this kid wanted to be his love rival as well ?
Jungkook (forcing a smile):"Well....you see.....your yn aunt is now married to me."
The kid furrowed his small brows and ran towards you, before tugging at your shirt. You looked towards him and smiled affectionately.
Jungkook just puffed his cheeks when you lifted syeop and placed him in your lap before pecking his fluffy cheeks.
Jungkook:"Calm down Jeon ! Calm down ! He is just a kid !"
He muttered and sulked before picking up his phone and scrolling to keep himself busy nevertheless the smitten man kept stealing glances at you every second.
He was just totally helpless, he couldn't control himself from looking at you, how could he ? Every moment his soul craved for your warmth. Every fiber of his being worshipped you, every cell of his existence loved you......insanely loved you and only you, how could he even control himself. Simply impossible.
Today Jihyoo called you to ask your whereabouts as you had been absent from uni for quite a few days and none of your friends had any idea about Jungkook's condition as it was kept hidden from media. So you just told her that Jungkook was sick due to some work pressure and your friends decided to pay your husband a visit.
At first Jihyoo was skeptical about Baekhyun visiting you but he said that he wanted to so she didn't say much. Now they were talking to you after having a very little conversation with Jungkook. Baekhyun talked politely with Jungkook, and Jungkook replied politely as well, none of them touched the topic of new year party.
The conditions were different now and then. Back then Baekhyun had no idea about your relationship with Jungkook but now he knew Jungkook was your husband and he also knew how to respect your marriage. He was indeed as good friend.
About Jungkook, he also knew how to respect your friendship. Conditions were different for him as well, now and then. Back then your marriage was a secret and when he saw Baekhyun being so close to you, his sixth sense had warned him that Baekhyun was trying to be close to you as more than a friend and he couldn't bear that.
Another reason for Jungkook's outburst on Baekhyun at the party was that you hadn't accepted Jungkook as your husband, he was insecure, he was afraid, that led him to react instinctively and possessively. It was his first time dealing with an emotion like jealousy so he lost control, mostly because he was seriously jealous plus insecure and afraid.
Although Jungkook had realized after that, even if he was utterly jealous on the new year eve because of Baekhyun, still he should've handled things more calmly and differently. He had unintentionally hurt you because of his instinctive response to his jealousy and he regretted that to de@th, he had apologized to you countless of times for revealing your marriage in the way he did.
But now everyone knew about your marriage with him, and he wasn't insecure at all, he wasn't afraid at all, why would he be ? You had decided to give him a chance thus there was nothing to worry about. He trusted you more than himself. Besides, he behaved politely with Baekhyun because he could see that Baekhyun was a well mannered and a good friend. Most of the times men know what's going on in the minds of other men, and Jungkook could see that Baekhyun respected you and your marriage.

You were having a conversation with your friends when someone tugged at your shirt. You looked down just to see a cute fluffy kid. You smiled, picked him up and made him sit in your lap.
Yn(caressing syeop's hair):"What happened baby ?"
He pouted cutely.
Syeop:"Aunt you promised to marry me but you married that uncle !"
You giggled lowly. Your friends chuckled.
Yn:"When you'll grow up you'll find a beautiful bride."
Syeop(innocently):"you're beautiful too."
This time you laughed. Your melodious laugh echoed in the area and Baekhyun felt his heart going berserk but he gulped and immediately looked away from you to control himself, while you were totally oblivious to his emotions.
Yn(softly pinching syeop's cheek):"She'll be more beautiful than me."
Syeop(puppy eyes):"But I like you."
Yn(boping his nose):"You'll like her more."
He just pouted before jumping out of your lap and running towards his toy car. Your smile deepened after looking at his retreating small figure.
Jihyoo:"Unnie had to go shopping that's why she left him with Baekhyun and we brought her here !"
She said looking at syeop and then back at you.
Yn:"You did good. I missed him, it's been long since I met him."
Sana:"Anyways yn..."
You looked at her questioningly.
She leaned a little towards you and said in a low voice.
Sana:"Is mr Jeon like this all the time ?"
You frowned.
Yn:"Like what ?"
Jihyoo:"She means straight faced, cold. He barely smiled once since we have come. A smile that was too tight lipped to be called an actual smile."
You bit your lower lip.....now what to say.....that he does smile....but only Infront of you and sometimes with his friends and parents......not with anyone else.....you were aware of that by now. With strangers or you can say with others his smile was always polite but formal and tight lipped.
Baekhyun chuckled catching your attention.
Jihyoo:"Why are you laughing ?"
He royally ignored her and looked at you with a smile.
Baekhyun:"He does smile alot right ?......for you. I can sense it."
You softly cleared your throat and nodded slightly making your friends giggle lowly.
Jihyoo:"Just assure me that he is romantic so I can be in peace that my friend is in good hands."
She said being dramatic.
Sana(sm@cking her arm):"Shut up jihyoo !....No well seriously yn.....he is romantic right ?"
She teased and you obviously blushed.
Yn:"Stop guys !"
Jihyoo:"C'mon don't be shy."
Sana:"We won't stop unless you tell us-"
Yn:"Fine. Fine, he is."
They awwed and you sighed with red cheeks. These girls.
