"i can't sleep" wanda sits up in her bed and you do the same

"me neither"

"why can't you sleep?"

"can't stop thinking of the girls in there right now, you?" you answer

"yeah me too, even if we take down this organisation it won't stop will it, there will always be people like dreykov in the world" you look down

"sorry i didn't mean to say his name it just came out"

"it's okay wanda, honestly i know he still exists"

"i'm not used to a single bed i just got so used to having a big bed at the compound" she says changing the conversation

"it's not too bad" you say lying

"i have an idea" wanda suddenly jumps out of bed and pushes her bed against yours

"see now we have a double bed now it's like a sleepover" you can't help but smile

"i guess it is"

"i'm so glad you joined the avengers y/n" she lays back down facing you and you lay down facing her

"when pietro died i felt like nobody else could ever understand what i felt like, and the other avengers are family don't get me wrong but you're like me, i just feel like you get me"

"i must admit it's nice having someone understand the whole powers thing i think that's why i lashed out at romanoff before i was shot"
