CHAPTER EIGHTEEN.
CHENNAI.

For shopping, the girls decided to pick up the boys from their hotel. They rang Carlos' room bell, knowing all of them were hanging out there.

"How are you ladies this fine morning?" Rishi asked excitedly.

"Happy, now that you're here!" Lando said rushing to hug the girl. Everyone looked at them for a moment before moving on.

"What's the plan today?" Max asked, offering a glass of water to Sneha. "We're going shopping. Where's my glass of water, Max—" Dariyah was forced to shut her mouth when a hand raised a glass of water to her, she looked up to see Charles holding it with a smile.

"Here you go, Miss."

"Thank you, Monsieur." Dariyah accepted it with a smile of her own. Charles sat beside her on the bed.

"When are we leaving?" Carlos asked.

"Now." Sneha answered. "But not with your car."

"What do you mean?" Lando asked, confused.

"The place we're going for shopping would be difficult if we go in a car. We're taking the auto."Dariyah revealed with an excited smile.

"Is it that yellow and black three wheeler, we see everywhere?" Charles quizzed looking at Dariyah, who nodded her head at him. "Since there's 8 of us. We're going to have to book 3 autos, unless two of y'all are willing to share the drivers seat with the driver?"

The boys looked at each other before shrugging their shoulders, "I'll do it." Charles said.

"Me too." Lando joined in.

"So, it's settled then. Me, Riyah, Charles and Max will share an auto and the other with Lav, Rishi, Carlos and Lando." Sneha concluded.

Lavina and Sneha booked 2 Uber Autos for themselves, which arrived within 10 minutes.

It took a little bargaining with the drivers for letting 4 people ride in a 3 seater vehicle but they were successful in convincing the drivers, Charles and Lando looked a bit uncomfortable at first but soon became comfortable as they rode ahead.

"Are these your friends?" The auto driver started to make small conversations, he was an old man who looked really fun to be around. The girls nodded their heads at the amiable driver.

"I know English, too." The driver spoke to the boys with a think Indian accent. The boys nodded their heads with a chuckle, finding the man to be delightful.

"I don't study English at school but know very nice." The driver started a conversation with the 4. "I am in YouTube too. I known for speaking nice English for an uneducated man."

"Where did you learn to speak English, Sir?" Charles asked with a smile.

"YouTube. Lot of tourists like you come to Chennai, very hard to speak to them. So, learnt to speak English." The driver chuckled.

"Thank you so much for that, Sir. You're very kind." Max thanked. He was sitting in between Dariyah and Sneha with Charles sitting infront, sharing with the driver.
