CHAPTER THIRTY NINE.
ABU DHABI.Dariyah woke up to find Charles already staring at her with those beautiful green eyes of his and his lips curled up in a warm smile.
"Had a nice nap?" Charles asks, leaning in for a kiss.
"I haven't brushed yet." Dariyah chuckled, leaning away.
"I haven't either." Dariyah smiled at his response and finally giving in. They shared a kiss before they were interrupted with none other than... Land Norris.
"Hey! It's almost time—" Lando couldn't finish his sentence because he was hit by 2 pillows and shouts of telling him to get out. "Fine! I'm leaving!" Lando let out a sigh of frustration, "There's no place for goodness in this world anymore."
"There's a time for everything mate." Max passed by him without even batting an eye at him, with his cup of coffee and phone. Lando just pouted and walked towards the living room.
"Why is he like this?" Dariyah groaned, moving closer to her love with her right hand and leg on his body, pulling him more closer and laid her head on his chest.
"I don't know honestly." Charles chuckled, kissing her head and pulled her closer to him as well with his hands wrapped around her body. "Do you really have to leave?"
"Charles." Dariyah sighed, not wanting to have this conversation again.
"I know. I know and I understand but that doesn't mean I like it." Charles sighed, "I'm just afraid that if we part away again, something would happen which would lead us to not be together again and I don't want that to happen."
"And it won't. We'll make it work, I know we can." Dariyah looked up from his chest and pecked his lips with a smile.
"What if it doesn't?" Charles asks, playing with her hair, his mind making him think of every single scenario which could end up ruining this.
"Hey, what happened to Mr. Positive? Weren't you the one who always asks me to be positive? Where's my positive, lovely, caring, supportive— I could keep going on, you know? So, why don't you just kiss me already?" Charles let out a low laugh but doing as she asked nonetheless.
"We should go unless you fancy facing Snehas wrath." Dariyah giggled, pulling away from a deep make out with her man.
"I'm sure she'd understand me wanting to spend more time with my jaw dropping beautiful girlfriend before she flies out oceans away from me." Charles groaned a little, eyes still closed and lips lingering on his woman's.
"You're such a charmer, Leclerc." Dariyah smiled and leaned in for another kiss, wanting to spend as much as time with her love before she leaves.

"So..." Dariyah started after all of them were done with their dinner, they were still glancing at each other in alarm, wanting to still keep Dariyah from not knowing about how she's the new gossip of the F1 world. "... are you guys still trying to keep me out from not knowing that I'm the hot topic in the social media now?"
The whole gang was too stunned to speak, the silence was too loud that they could hear the vehicles honking kilometres away.
"How did she know?" Lando whispered to Carlos, his words being heard to everyone around the table. All of them were throwing him looks after he opened his mouth.
