CHAPTER TWENTY ONE.
CHENNAI.The group of 6 stood up when they reached their stop. They went up on the escalator and scanned their tickets to get out of the station.
They stepped out of the station and Lando took a picture of the Railway Station.
"Shall we go in?" Dariyah asked Lando, who checked his camera and then nodded being satisfied with his click."Ri, call Rishi and ask where they are." Sneha requested to Dariyah.
Dariyah nodded her head, grabbing her phone from her purse to ring her friend. "Hey, where are you guys?" Dariyah once Rishi picked up the call.
"It'll take us 10 more minutes to reach. An accident has happened here. You guys go ahead and wait for us at the platform. You guys have the tickets right?" Rishi informed Dariyah. Dariyah was finding it hard to hold her phone against her ear with all the luggages she was carrying.
Noticing her struggle Charles grabbed her luggage and placed it on his suitcase, dragging both together. Dariyah gave him a grateful smile to which he responded with a wink. Dariyah chuckled at his funny wink.
"Okay, make sure you're here soon. It's almost 7." Dariyah bid her goodbye and then hung up. "It'll take them a while to reach here. They asked us to wait at the platform." Dariyah informed to the rest of them.
"Who has the tickets?" Lando asked.
"I do. Wait a sec." Carlos answered, searching his phone for the tickets. "Got it." Carlos then revealed the platform and seat numbers.
Sneha and Dariyah guided while the boys followed them like lost puppies. Dariyah held hands with Charles in order to not lose him. Charles bit his lip to stop himself from smiling at the contact.
Carlos hit him in his head and brought him back to reality that everyone were holding each others hands in order to not lose each other. Max being a little grumpy since he was the last guy behind and Lando was holding Sneha's hand.
Despite it being an early morning, there were a lot of people in the station, most of them looked like they stayed the night there or have been for a while. They were a lot of stray dogs roaming around. Food stalls opening up one by one and the security walking around.
But it did look unsanitary a bit. The waiting area reeked of trash and what not. The girls guided them out of the waiting room and asked the security or some random people the platform they had to be in.
After a while the 6 finally reached their platform and rested outside of their train right outside their coaches.
Carlos bent down to sit on the bench when Dariyah pulled him up. Carlos grew confused before he looked down and noticed a small puppy sleeping on it.
