Loki woke up, to see Savannah glaring down at him.
'Oh, Loki,' and her tone of voice was softer than he had expected, 'You should've told me.'
It hurt too much to talk.
'Do you want anything?'
Loki nodded.
'What?'
Loki frowned.
'Oh, sweet-heart, is it that bad?'
Loki nodded.
'Do you want something to eat?'
Loki shook his head.
'Are you sure?'
Yes.
'Would you like me to rub your stomach?'
Yes.
'Anything else?'
No.
Savannah sat next to Loki, and gently caressed his tender skin. He moaned, softly, and Savannah smiled sweetly at him.
'I have an idea, Loki, can I try it?'
Do I have a choice?
'Yes, can I try then?'
Yes.
Savannah closed her eyes.
Ravennha opened them.
She placed her cool hands onto Loki's stomach, and he winced at the sudden contact.
'Shhh,' she murmured, 'It's okay.'
A warm feeling rushed through Loki's body, and he looked up at Ravennha.
She pulled her hands away, and stroked his hair briefly, before reverting to Savannah.
'It's not much better,' she is saying, 'But at least it's healing.'
The pain is much duller now, and he smiles gratefully at Savannah, before falling asleep.
Internal bruising really takes it out of you.
