A/N: BTW, If the time-line is confusing, everything happening from now on happens the day it was posted.

'Uh-uh-nuh,' Loki was trying his best not to show his pain, but failing miserably, 'Mmmh-mmmh.'

'Shh now, everything is going to be fine.'

'Get   -    Ban - ner.'

'I already have, sweetheart, don't worry.'

'Th - thank    -  you.'

'What happened?'

'My   -    stom - ach.'

'I'm sorry, Loki, I didn't mean to-'

'Not   -   your    -   fault,   -   some - thing    -   else,' he gasped, 'Chi - taur - i-'

'What did they do to you?'

Loki whined again, and screamed out in pain.

Just then, Banner burst in, with Rogers close behind.

'What happened?' asked Bruce.

'We were on the bed, getting ready for sleep, when Loki doubled over in pain. He's struggling to breathe, and it hurts for him to talk, but he wants me to rub his stomach.'

'Have you?'

'No,' she said, 'I didn't want to hurt him.'

'Maybe you should.'

'Okay. Here Loki, shh now, it's going to be fine,' she soothed, gently rubbing his stomach.

Bruce nodded. 'Did he say anything else?'

'Well about one and a half months ago, Ravennha punched him in the stomach. He got  internal bruising, and I've been looking after him. He was fully healed, but then this happened. He says it's not my fault, and then he said something about the Chitauri.'

'Can I have a look at him?'

'Of course.'

Bruce looked at Loki's abdominal skin, and frowned.

'What's wrong?'

'Just about everything.'
