Tony was having a shitty day.

Savannah had ignored his blatant feelings, and then yodelled Loki's merits from the hill-tops.

It felt as if she was laughing at him.

So, as they rolled around on the floor, snickering at things, and pointing at things, and laughing themselves senseless, Tony watched.

Not in a pervy way, but he just didn't trust Loki yet.

He didn't have the sound on though, because he didn't want his suspicions confirmed. He didn't want proof that they were laughing at him.

Maybe for a little bit.

'So? You're thousands of years old, and I still like you more than Tony. In fact, you're my favourite person.'

Curiosity may have killed the cat, but this time, it broke Tony's heart.

And there was nothing his arc-reactor could do about it.
