Another party. Music blares, people kiss. Animalistic grunts and moans. Bodies writhe and grind against others. The air vibrates with tension and hormones. A smell of testosterone and raw, carnal sex pervades the atmosphere. Touching, rubbing, stroking. Relationships ruined. A fight breaks out in a corner. Alcohol on the floor, in hair, soaking through clothes. Inner chaos. Bedroom doors locked, bathroom doors locked. Fainting, collapsing, bleeding. Broken glass. Blind, drunken groping. The room shakes with relentless pounding, a reminder of the hangover to come. Champagne drunk as water. Scratching, shouting, crying. Trust broken.

'Is this what you mortals call a celebration?'

'Shut up, Loki.'

A/N: Sorry it's so short, it came to me in a flash of light, and died in my arms.

'Another one bites the dust.'
