Chapter 33: World Heroes Association

(I honestly don't know how to start this chapter so I'm winging it)

It was an eventful day within the vestige world with the birth of the quirk One Above All, to say it was powerful was an understatement since it was now possible to create an entirely new quirk from scratch. Other than that the vestige's of One For All were getting along quite well except Kudo and Bruce were still not trusting of Mugen but the others were warming up to him since they learnt he was just a normal guy that wanted to make a better world but was cut short due to them fighting to the death.

Yoichi and Mugen have strengthened their bond to how it used to be and with the addition of Izuku, Tenko and Eri, they felt whole again. Banjo still tries to beat Mugen up because of how he died fighting against him but they're still friendly with each other. Nana and Tenko have talked things out to build a proper bond that should have formed when she was still alive, she got the chance to learn about Izuku and Mugen so it wouldn't be as awkward as it was before. Eri has gotten to learn more about Curious and even got her quirk with her giving it to her as a gift, she would occasionally train her on how to use it so she wouldn't accidently turn someone into a bomb.

Something else happened that kinda startled them when they exited the vestige world, since One Above All was formed it allowed both One For All and All For One's vestiges to materialize as ghostly figures that can roam around and have little influence on the real world but only Izuku, Tenko and Eri could see the vestiges. 

In other news Izuku was interviewed and revealed that his daughter was still alive so the people weren't panicking as much. Than came the news about Shibuya where he assured that he would have his construction company rebuild and improve the place since he was the one who destroyed it to get rid of the beasts. When news of Deika city being wiped off the map thats where people understood that Japan was being protected by a God among Man, journalists tried to get details from Izuku but he said it's best that they didn't know and he left no room for debate.

He did get the chance to tell his family what truly happened minus the parts where he 'died' and took the form of an angel to destroy the city and had to warn them that the eclipse was only at least two months away so they had to double down on their training and Izuku was preparing a training regiment for their weapons training with Eri getting a better handle of her new quirk. He's considering upping her training so she could multi task with handling different quirks and how to force some of them to go through a quirk awakening.

Class 1-A have been distancing themselves from Bakugo after they learnt what he did to Izuku but only Kirishima and Uraraka stayed by his side. Kirishima was still unsure of what to feel about his bro but he learnt that holding grudges won't matter in the long run since they would only cause problems. Uraraka had a very long and hard talk with Bakugo that ended up in him getting a slap that could rival his own mothers, he didn't really blame her for slapping him but it still hurt. With his recently awakened quirk, Bakugo has upped his training so he could atleast reach a fraction of Izuku's strength and maybe one day become the next Symbol that All Might used to be. 

Speaking of All Might, news of him looking as young as he is got around and some thought it was due to a quirk which was true but he was still over 50 years old just that he looks younger. He explained to Mirai and Torino about what happened within the vestige world with meeting Nana again and being given a chance to make a change in the world that he should have made years ago. He won't be coming out of retirement but he will help out around the place to at least make a difference.

Throughout the remainder of the week the construction of the hyperloop was almost complete and with the help of Melissa and Mei it would be complete within the week. When it comes to the device Izuku tasked Mei and Melissa on building it was nearly complete and with the arrival of the metal from the moon, it too would be complete within the week but it still needed the kinks ironed out so it wouldn't back fire on them. They also came up with bracelets that allowed them to use their quirks while the device was still active so they wouldn't be completely powerless, it had a safety feature to prevent a person from being corrupted by the eclipses influence.
