Izuku Shigaraki Midoriya or now known as Alucard Van Hellsing is currently in a W.H.A owned car that was disguised as a taxi that was on it's way to the city of Ithcona, the quirkless capital of America. The city itself was hidden right in New York or that's what reports say since not many people have actually seen the place, they were about 10 minutes out from arriving when Alucard got a call from a new friend.
Driver: You know you have to leave that here since they don't allow technology from the outside.
Alucard: I know, but let me just answer this and I'll leave it with you.
Driver: Alright, but make it quick since we're almost there.
Alucard: Sure.
He brought out his phone and saw it was a video call, he answered it to see Ippan lying on her bed and looked like she just woke up.
Alucard: Morning Ippan.
Ippan: M-Morning, I just wanted to call and say hi.
Alucard: Well hello to you too, but I don't think now is a good time.
Ippan: How so, oh what are you wearing?
Alucard: I'm currently on a mission and I'm not sure when I'll come back.
Ippan: Oh, uh well good luck on your mission than.
Alucard: Thanks.
He hung up and sent a message to Spinner to keep an eye on her since he feels like something might happen, he looked at his phone one last time which had a photo of his family as his wallpaper before turning it off and handing it to the Driver. After a few minutes of driving the car stopped a few streets from the entrance to Ithcona.
Driver: This is your stop and good luck sir.
Alucard: Thanks.
He got out with his luggage, slung the duffle bag over his shoulder with the suitcase in his hand and walked the rest of the way to Ithcona's gate. When he turned a corner he saw a heavily armored gate with military personal who were armed to the teeth, they kept guard as people who he assumed were quirkless walking through a checkpoint before being allowed in.
Izuku: They take security seriously.
He walked towards the line of people and waited for his turn, he could feel the eyes of the guards watching his every move and were trying to tell whether or not he was truly quirkless. It took about 10 minutes for his turn and got right down to business, they took his bag and case while they led him to a room for inspection.
Guard: Name?
Alucard: Alucard Van Hellsing.
Guard: Purpose for entering Ithcona?
Alucard: To try and live a better life.
Guard: I see, can you present your ID and gun license if you have any weapons on you?
Alucard: I do.
He took out both his gun license and ID which the guard verified before looking over his weapons, he eyed the two guns in scrutiny before moving on to the Rakuyo which he found extremely sharp.
