Black Lightning erupted from the body of the once thought to be dead Omni, his declaration was heard all over the world. His body slowly rose with an elegance that only befit royalty, his injuries were nowhere to be seen along with his arm that grew back during his resurrection. His snow white hair flowed in the wind like fire, his blood red eyes burning with a new found sense of purpose or was it always there?
Izuku: My body feels.....different, more powerful then ever before.
He looked down at his hands, flexing his regenerated arm but now he could see in a new light. He could see his skin, muscle fibers, nerves, veins, bones and cells with a clarity he was sure Mei would be jealous of. He wondered where his Vibranium arm went but found it was now fused with his skeleton, making it better and more durable then his Tungsten bones could ever be. He inspected his body even further but was brought back to the world when he felt the floating city shake while rising even higher.
Izuku: Right, the city.
He walked over to the metallic pillar and inspected it's design, it was simple in shape and structure but with his new eyes he could see it was connected to hundreds of thrusters that were lifting the city into the upper atmosphere. He placed a hand on the pillar and was able to connect to every mechanism that made the device tick, with just a glace he could feel there were nearly trillions of codes wired into it's structure and could tell this would take awhile to disable with his new found power.
Izuku: There's too many possibilities for error, the only way to permanently stop this is by destroying the city but it'll be difficult with so many people.
He removed his hand from the device and made his way outside the church, he could feel a slight breeze washing over him so he looked down to see he was completely naked. Normally anyone would be embarrassed by finding themselves naked but he was not a normal person, he wasn't even a person at all.
Izuku: Showing off my body is great and all but I don't want people fainting left and right once they see what I'm packing.
Black smoke slowly started to wrap around his body which formed a slick, almost skin tight suit that had a cloak swaying around with every step he took. The cloak itself was made from the darkness the universe produced and was refined for his taste.

Izuku: That's better.
He walked out the church with a new air to him, if you looked closer you could see an aura of power radiating off of his body. He looked ahead where he could feel Halliday ordering his men around, some tried to disobey his orders but got killed for insubordination. He clicked his tongue before walking at a leisurely pace while trying to understand his new powers, each step he took released pulses of energy that anyone could feel.
He saw the bike he arrived with and thought of taking it somewhere safe, which would be back home but when he thought that the bike was swallowed by a sphere of energy and disappeared.
