Two power houses stood floating across from each other, one was the United States of America's very own number one hero, Star and Stripe aka Cathleen Bate. The other was a man destined for greatness, he is the One Above All: Omni aka Izuku Shigaraki Midoriya. The two eyed each other from top to bottom, Izuku was admiring the woman before her and couldnt help but notice the aura of power and confidence radiating off of her, while Stars was having a hard time trying not to blush since the last time they met he was slightly shorter than him and had more of a swimmers build but now he was 2 feet taller than her and had more defined muscles that could be seen under his suit.

Izuku: She's gotten stronger since the last time we met.

Star: Man he sure has gotten hotter since last time.

They continued to eye each other for a few more seconds before a voice took their attention off of each other and was directed towards the passenger seat of the Northrop B-2 Spirit. A man with an elongated head, bushy whiskers and large eyes wearing a formal suit with flight gear on top.

???: Can you stop sizing each other up and tell us where to land our jets!

Star: Ah, sorry commander Agpar just got lost in my thoughts!

She says while scratching the back of her head but there was a noticeable blush dusting her cheeks, the stealth bomber pilot chuckled at seeing her sister in arms flustered like this. Izuku continued to look at the man with curiosity, wondering where have he heard the mans name.

Timothy Agpar

Gender: Male

Condition: Irritated/Tired

Health: Normal

Blood Type: A

Occupation: Commander of the United States Military

Affiliation: United States of America/World Heroes Association

Quirk: Skinner Fish: allows the user to summon dual large silver fish, a few meters shorter than the smallest 13ft nothosaurus.

Izuku: Thats where I've heard that name before, he's the second in command to the WHA.

Commander Agpar seeing the recognition in Izuku's eyes waved at him to get his attention.

Agpar: Izuku Midoriya, its great to finally meet you, I would shake your hand but were still in the air.

Izuku: O-Oh, right I'll let you guys in and get a landing pad ready for you.

Agpar: I'd appreciate that.

Izuku dropped back down and landed front of Nezu, Tsukauchi, Touya, Twice and Spinner. They looked at him for an answer as to who it might be floating above the school.

Izuku: Its Star and Stripe with the commander of the American Military.

Touya: What are they doing here?

Izuku: I think their here to talk about the MHA and maybe we could use their help when we storm the Safety commission's main building.

Nezu: It depends if they'll be on board with it.

Izuku: Yeah, now wait here while I activate the landing pads for flying vehicles.

Twice: You have landing pads?

Nezu: Why yes, during the time when the dorms were built we completely overhauled the entire school campus, turning it into a fortress that has many surprises hidden within.

Izuku: We thought of everything when it came to designing the security system and Melissa improved it with her own ideas that David taught her.

Izuku walked a few feet to his left and stepped on an out of place break, there was something mechanical moving before a metal pillar rose from the ground in front of Izuku. A holographic screen popped out asking him for a verification code and iris scan, he did the required security checks before the screen allowed him access to UA's security system. He scrolled on in for a few seconds before stopping at [structure creation], he pressed it and moved along the many pictures of different structures before landing on the landing pad option and pressed it. Once the option was selected, movement could be felt throughout the whole campus, a large section of forest was being moved to clear space for the soon to be built landing pad. Once the space was cleared large pillars rose from the cleared forest, the top of them slightly opened up and a blue light scanned the open space before shooting out a gray light, that light covered the whole clearing and a few seconds later, multiple landing pads materialized with each of them having enough space for a Tupolev TU-95.
