The next morning, Amara and Namiko woke up early, excited to deliver the card to Hakeem. They got dressed and packed the card carefully into a small bag along with some snacks for the journey.

"Ready to go see 'Keem, baby?" Amara asked, helping Namiko put on her shoes.

Namiko nodded enthusiastically, bouncing on her toes. "Yes, Mama! 'Keem happy!"

Amara chuckled, ruffling Namiko's hair affectionately. "That's right. Let's make sure he sees this awesome card you made."

They drove over to Hakeem's place, Namiko chattering happily in the backseat. "Mama, 'Keem smile! Card pretty!"

Amara smiled back at her through the rearview mirror. "He's gonna love it, Namiko. You did such a good job."

They arrived at Hakeem's door, and Amara knocked softly before letting themselves in. Hakeem greeted them with a tired but grateful smile, his eyes lighting up when he saw Namiko holding the card.

"Hey, princess! Look who's here," Hakeem said, kneeling down to Namiko's level.

Namiko thrust the card forward proudly. "For 'Keem! Made it!"

Hakeem took the card gently, his heart melting at Namiko's excitement. "Wow, thank you so much, Namiko! It's amazing."

Amara joined them, her hand on Hakeem's shoulder. "We wanted to cheer you up, 'Keem. Namiko worked really hard on that."

Hakeem opened the card, revealing the colorful drawings inside. "You're the best artist, Namiko. This is the coolest card I've ever gotten."

Namiko beamed with pride, bouncing on her heels. "Yay! 'Keem happy!"

Hakeem hugged Namiko tightly, lifting her off the ground. "You always make me happy, Namiko. Thank you for this."

Amara watched the scene with a warm heart, knowing they had brought a little sunshine to Hakeem's day. "We're glad you like it, 'Keem."

Hakeem set Namiko down, wiping a tear from his eye. "I love you both so much. Thank you for being here."

Amara hugged him too, feeling the strength of their bond. "Always, Hakeem. We got you."

As they spent the morning together, Amara felt a sense of peace settle over them. Despite the challenges they faced, they knew they could handle anything as long as they had each other.
