Sunghoon & Nari

A few days later, the group found themselves heading to Venice Beach. The connection between Nari and Sunghoon had grown stronger each day, though she still hadn't fully realized what it meant. The sun was shining brightly, promising a perfect day for fun and relaxation.

Jake and Sunghoon went up ahead to set up the volleyball net, while Bora and Nari put their things down on the beach chairs.

"So, what do you think of Venice so far?" Bora asked, stretching out on her chair.

"It's amazing. I love the vibe here," Nari replied, glancing at Sunghoon and Jake, who were laughing and struggling with the net.

"You and Sunghoon seem to be getting along really well," Bora teased, nudging Nari with her elbow.

Nari blushed, looking down at the sand. "We're just friends. He's really nice."

Bora raised an eyebrow, a knowing smile on her lips. "Sure, just friends."

Before Nari could respond, the boys returned, having successfully set up the net.

"What are you girls laughing about?" Jake asked, plopping down on the chair next to Bora.

"Oh, nothing," Bora said with a wink. "Just girl talk."

"Yeah, right," Sunghoon said, rolling his eyes. He watched as Bora took out her bottle of sunscreen and started applying it.

"Hey, Nari, can you get my back?" Bora asked.

"Of course," Nari replied, taking the bottle and applying the sunscreen to Bora's back. The boys watched, amused.

"You girls are so touchy-feely," Jake teased, imitating them. "Oh, Bora, could you get my back too?"

Nari laughed, playfully hitting Sunghoon. "You're just jealous."

Sunghoon grinned. "Maybe a little."

"Alright, should we play some volleyball?" Sunghoon suggested.

Nari nodded. "Sounds fun!"

As they headed to the net, Nari hesitated. "I should've mentioned this before, but I've never actually played volleyball."

Sunghoon laughed. "Don't worry, it's not that hard. I'll show you the basics."

He demonstrated the proper stance and how to hit the ball, but Nari was struggling to get it right. Seeing her confusion, Sunghoon moved behind her, gently placing his hands on her arms to guide her.

"Like this," he said softly, his breath warm against her ear. Nari's heart raced at the feeling of his bare skin against hers. She tried to focus on his instructions, but his proximity was incredibly distracting.

Just as they were getting comfortable, Jake and Bora called out from the other side of the net. "Hey, lovebirds, stop flirting and start playing!"

Both Nari and Sunghoon pulled away quickly, their faces flushed. "Alright, alright, let's play," Sunghoon said, laughing nervously.
