Sunghoon & Nari

Nari woke up the next morning with a pounding headache, the sunlight filtering through the curtains making her wince. She blinked several times, trying to piece together the events of the previous night. As her vision cleared, she realized she wasn't in her own room. Panic briefly surged through her until memories started trickling back.

Just then, Sunghoon emerged from the bathroom, a warm smile spreading across his face when he noticed she was awake.

"Good morning, sleepyhead," he greeted her, his voice soft and teasing.

Nari groaned, holding her head. "Morning," she replied sheepishly, accepting the painkillers he offered. "My head feels like it's going to explode."

Sunghoon chuckled softly. "That's what happens when you decide to let loose," he teased gently, sitting on the edge of the bed next to her.

Nari shot him a playful glare. "Oh no, what did I do?" she asked, a hint of worry in her voice.

Sunghoon leaned back, a mischievous glint in his eyes. "Let's just say you had a lot of fun," he teased, enjoying her reaction.

Nari's eyes widened in curiosity. "What do you mean by 'a lot of fun'?" she asked cautiously.

Sunghoon hesitated for a moment, trying to gauge her reaction. "Well, for starters, you insisted on taking off your heels because they were hurting you," he chuckled, recalling the moment vividly. "And then there was the little incident with your dress," he added, a playful smirk forming on his lips.

Nari blushed furiously, covering her face with her hands. "Oh no, did I embarrass myself?" she mumbled through her fingers.

Sunghoon laughed softly, shaking his head. "No, not at all. You were just... adorable," he admitted, his tone sincere. "You called me nice and sweet when I gave you my shirt to change into," he recounted fondly, feeling a warm tug at his heart.

Nari peeked through her fingers, her cheeks still flushed pink. "I did?" she asked, her voice barely above a whisper.

Sunghoon nodded, his gaze softening as he looked at her. "Yeah, and you were so cute trying to get that dress off," he said, a fond smile playing on his lips. "But don't worry, nothing happened. I made sure you were comfortable and then we went to sleep."

Nari sighed in relief, feeling grateful for his kindness. "Thank you for taking care of me," she said sincerely, her eyes meeting his with warmth and appreciation.

"It's my pleasure," Sunghoon replied softly, his gaze lingering on her. "You know, despite everything, I had a really good time last night," he admitted, his voice low and intimate.

Nari smiled shyly, a flutter of warmth spreading through her chest. "Me too," she replied honestly, feeling a growing fondness for him.

As they walked out of the room together, Nari couldn't help but feel a sense of comfort and happiness whenever she was with Sunghoon. Despite her headache, being around him made everything better.

Their banter continued as they made their way to the breakfast buffet, sharing laughs and inside jokes from the night before. Nari found herself stealing glances at Sunghoon, admiring the way the sunlight played on his features, the way his eyes crinkled when he smiled.

Deep down, she knew there was something special about him, something she wanted to explore further. Little did she know, Sunghoon was feeling the same way, his heart skipping a beat every time their eyes met.

Their journey together was just beginning, filled with laughter, teasing, and a growing affection that neither of them could ignore.

Sunghoon and Nari decided to take a leisurely walk around the hotel grounds, enjoying the crisp morning air and the tranquility of their surroundings. They strolled along the path lined with blooming flowers, their footsteps echoing softly against the cobblestones.

"It's so peaceful here," Nari remarked, taking in the scenic beauty around them.

"Yeah, it's a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city," Sunghoon agreed, his hands casually tucked into his pockets.

They walked in comfortable silence for a few moments before Nari mustered up the courage to ask the question that had been on her mind.

"So, um, Sunghoon," she started tentatively, glancing over at him. "I've been curious... about Bora and Jake. They seem really close. Is there something going on between them?"

Sunghoon chuckled softly, shaking his head. "Ah, Bora and Jake," he began, a knowing smile tugging at his lips. "Bora definitely has feelings for Jake. It's quite obvious to everyone except Jake himself. He's a bit oblivious when it comes to these things."

Nari raised an eyebrow curiously. "Really? But they seem so comfortable together," she commented, recalling the way Bora and Jake interacted with each other.

Sunghoon nodded, a thoughtful expression crossing his face. "Yeah, they are. They've been friends for a long time, since they were kids. Jake sees Bora as his best friend, but I don't think he realizes how much she cares about him," he explained, glancing sideways at Nari.

Nari nodded thoughtfully, processing this new piece of information. "That must be tough for Bora," she mused quietly, feeling a pang of empathy for her friend.

Sunghoon nodded in agreement. "Yeah, it is. But Bora is strong. She hasn't let it affect their friendship, at least not outwardly," he said, his tone reflecting admiration for Bora's resilience.

Nari smiled softly, feeling a sense of camaraderie with Bora. "She's lucky to have a friend like you," she remarked sincerely, her gaze softening as she looked at Sunghoon.

Sunghoon met her eyes with a warm smile. "And I'm lucky to have met someone like you," he replied softly, his words carrying a hint of sincerity that made Nari's heart flutter.

They continued their walk, the conversation shifting to lighter topics as they shared stories and laughed together. With each passing moment, Nari felt herself growing closer to Sunghoon, grateful for the bond they were building.

As they made their way back to the hotel, Nari couldn't shake the feeling that something special was blossoming between them. Little did she know, Sunghoon felt the same way, his heart brimming with hope for what the future might hold.
