Nari

Nari woke up the next morning with a revelation that had her heart racing and her mind in a whirl. She liked Sunghoon. No, scratch that—she really liked Sunghoon. As she lay in bed, her thoughts from the night before replayed in her mind, making her more and more panicked. How was she supposed to act around him now? She couldn't help but feel like a nervous, stuttering mess.

At breakfast, the group was seated in the hotel's dining area, enjoying their final meal in Venice. Nari sat beside Sunghoon, her mind racing as she tried to act normal.

"Hey, Nari, could you pass the butter?" Sunghoon asked, smiling at her.

Nari's hands trembled as she reached for the butter dish. "S-sure, here you go," she stammered, her face flushing crimson.

Jake, noticing her unusual behavior, smirked. "What's wrong, Nari? You look like you've seen a ghost."

Bora chimed in, laughing. "Yeah, are you okay? You seem a bit... off."

Nari forced a laugh, hoping to cover up her nerves. "I'm fine, just a bit tired."

Sunghoon gave her a concerned look. "You sure you're okay?"

"Y-yeah, totally," Nari replied, avoiding his gaze. She could feel her heart pounding in her chest, making it hard to focus on anything else.

After breakfast, the group packed their things and headed to the bus that would take them to Rome, where they would catch their flight back to Korea. The bus ride was relatively calm, the hum of the engine providing a soothing backdrop.

Nari sat beside Sunghoon, trying to calm her racing thoughts. As they talked and laughed, she found herself relaxing a bit.

"Remember that time in the museum when we were making fun of that naked statue?" Sunghoon said, chuckling.

Nari laughed, the memory helping to ease her nerves. "Oh my God, yes! I still can't believe you said it needed a fig leaf."

Sunghoon grinned. "Hey, I was just stating the obvious."

Their lighthearted banter continued, with Nari finding it easier to enjoy the moment as they reminisced about their trip.

A few seats away, Jake and Bora were having their own hilarious conversation.

"Jake, if you don't stop singing off-key, I'm going to throw you off this bus," Bora threatened, her tone playful.

Jake feigned offense. "Hey, my singing is a gift to the world!"

Bora rolled her eyes. "Yeah, a gift that no one asked for."

Sunghoon and Nari couldn't help but laugh at their friends' antics. As the bus ride continued, they all started to feel the effects of their busy trip and began to nod off.

Nari's head gradually leaned onto Sunghoon's shoulder. Sunghoon smiled, glancing down at her with a soft expression. He gently leaned his head on hers, closing his eyes and letting the rhythm of the bus lull him to sleep.
