Lloyd sighed, switching off his phone. The bed creaked as he sat himself up from his lying down position. Sadly he hadn't made a presentation on why he should go to this party, so the chances of him going where slim, unless..
Lloyd smirked as a plan formulated in his head. It was completely fool-proofed and totally original(not like morro came up with it or anything). Lloyd slipped out of his bedroom walking past his parents room. When he stayed completely silent he could make out the short breaths from his mother as she slept but he couldn't hear his father's, which meant he was in his office.
Lloyd mumbled a small "yes" before tiptoeing past Koko's room without making a sound. His socked feet slid across the floor as he came to a stop in front of Garmadon's office. Lloyd took a deep breath before turning the handle.
"Well hello there father. Fancy seeing you here," Lloyd said slipping into the room, trying to make basic conversation. Garmadon looked up from his work.
"This is my office? And what are you doing awake?" Garmadon asked, setting his pen down. Lloyd shrugged, moving closer to the desk and taking a seat.
"I can't go and see my old man without being questioned, wow." Garmadon looked unamused. "Fine. I want something."
"You always want something." Garmadon sighed, focusing back on his work, not wanting to waste time on his son's antics.
"True but this is different," Lloyd rushed, trying to gain his father's attention back. Garmadon looked back up, showing he was listening,
"What is it?" He asked, Lloyd smiled.
"I want to go to a party," Lloyd said. Garmadon's eyes widened in shock. A party? Lloyd was never one to want to party.
"A party? Well that is something different," Garmadon said to himself. Lloyd nodded. "When is it?"
"Right.. now...." Lloyd replied, unsure of what his father was going to say.
"And you're asking me this now?"
".."
"Did you at least ask your mother?" Garmadon sighed, noticing Lloyd's unease.
"Ghoultar doesn't have a mom so....." Lloyd trailed off. Garmadon nodded in understanding. "So I was just wondering if you would let me go and deal with mom later...?"
"Who do you think I am?" Garmadon laughed. "There is no way I'm getting yelled at by your mother. You know how angry she gets."
"Yeah but.." Lloyd sighed sadly. His head facing towards his lap. "I never really get to experience these stuff. Y'know."
"Okay fine fine you win. You can go I'll deal with your mother," Garmadon said. Lloyd happily left the room to get ready in his own.

Lloyd smirked, shaking his head as he turned his phone off. Now all he had to do was choose what to wear. He frequented enough parties to know what clothes that he should wear. So he pulled out some black jeans an a short sleeve black shirt. He threw on a dark green sweater and put some ninja forces on his feet.
Lloyd checked himself out in the mirror, flipping his hair a bit so no one could tell he hadn't washed it in the past few days. Lloyd nodded at his appearance before taking his phone out to send Nya, who was also going to the party, a quick clap on clap chat. She responded with a clap of Jay and Kai, in their party attire, playing video games.
Lloyd hearted the snap before grabbing and putting on a watch. He stepped out of his room, closing the door behind him with a click. Lloyd heard commotion downstairs and assumed it was Radney cleaning up dishes from earlier. But just to make sure, Lloyd peaked over the upstairs balcony to make sure. He was correct. Radney was drying a stack of dishes.
Lloyd slipped downstairs, out of sight from Radney-just in case the chef snitched to his mother-, and ducked out of the back door. His father had disabled the alarm system long enough for Lloyd to slip out without a notification being sent to his mom.
Lloyd silently pulled out of his driveway. He didn't turn the radio on till he was off his street. Relieve, Lloyd called his cousin.
"So, I'm nearly at your house," Lloyd said, making a turn on hillbroad street. He heard a rustle in the background.
"Yeah? Ok we'll be waiting," Morro responded turning off the call and continuing what ever he was doing. Lloyd was wondering what he meant by "we" but then remembered Morro ws bringing his friend too.
Five minutes later, Lloyd pulled up to Morro's driveway. Most of the lights in the house were off, showing that Wu was asleep and either didn't care that Morro was going out or he didn't know. Morro and a girl that Lloyd recognized as Euphrasia came out of the house dressed in dark colors. The two were laughing about something.
Lloyd unlocked his car, and Morro opened the back seat to let Euphrasia in while he entered the passenger seat.
"Nice to see you," Lloyd said, doing that man greeting thing.
"Same to you," Morro said, buckling in his seat belt.
"You're a new face, didn't know Morro was friends with girls." Lloyd said looking at Euphrasia.
"Bansha is a girl," Morro added, doing something with his phone.
"Really I couldn't tell?" Lloyd laughed pulling out of the driveway. Morro shoved his shoulder. "Put in the address for me please." Morro nodded, typing in ' 321 Ghostul Bridge Drive'. The annoying GPS voice started to speak.
"Turn right on Grandful Frigard."
