Spencer laughed over the rather humorous cartoon that Winston had emailed him on his phone as he and his family gathered for breakfast.
DuBuis glanced over at him and smiled while playing peek a boo with Miracle who sat in her high chair. " What's so funny, Genius? "
Spencer flushed red. He had not told his husband, or anyone in the family really, about his actually inviting over his half brother yesterday. He did not know how they would react. Not just about the Skip Sands plea but what had happened with Rebecca and Richard. He especially wondered how Richard would react. " Oh , nothing," he fibbed as he took a bite of the sausage croissant before him. " I had an email from Flower Dennis. About me joining the PTA at Barrington Academy. Apparently there is a vacant position and they need a treasurer. " He looked over at Luci who was absorbed in a textbook while ignoring her breakfast. DuBuis was distracted by the baby grabbing his nose and giggling. " You mean......"

DuBuis laughed as he " retrieved " his nose back from Miracle. " Do it. The Mayfields have way too much power at the school. I think it's time to dethrone them. "
