Alessia's pov

"So yeah, we won for our group!"
That's great, princess. I'm so proud of you
"Thank you, dad. How's mom doing?"
She's good. She hasn't gone into labor yet. Just sleeping
"Okay, can you let Melissa know when she is?"
Of course
"Thank you. Okay, I have to go to dance now"
All right, have fun
"Bye!"

End of Call

"You guys ready to go?" Melissa asks me, Maddie and Kenzie. We nod and leave our hotel room

"Bye girls" Our moms wave and we walk inside. I change into my neon yellow sports bra and black booty shorts. I also put my hair in a ponytail

Soon after, our moms come in and Abby starts pyramid

"You guys won. Won without Maddie or Ale doing the featured spot. That's great. But when Maddie and Ale dance, it tells the story, you can't take your eyes off of them. When you do it" she points to Nia, "it was like nothing."

"If I've had more opportunities, maybe I would have been better at it." Nia defends and Abby just shakes her head

"On the bottom of the pyramid, we have Nia. The solo was fifth. From what I saw of that dance, it could potentially have won."

"JoJo, you're next on the pyramid. You're late on the video tape."

"Next we have Maddie. Maddie, you were in the group dance. You did your job. You didn't stand out at all. You blended. If you're trying to be the it girl, it's not a good thing."

"Next we have Mackenzie. The penché was straight. You took the correction."

"Next is Ale. Ale, you weren't the lead, but you still stood out to me. I thought you looked amazing in the group dance and you took all my corrections for you"

"And next, Kendall. Kendall, why would you be this high on the pyramid if you didn't even dance?"

"She had her video premiere last week" Holly answers for her

"Yes." Abby nods

"And at the top of the pyramid is Kalani. She was absolutely beautiful. Couldn't remember her dance. But for that moment in time, it didn't really matter."

"Abby, before you tell the kids where we're going this week, we have, um, a family commitment

"Abby, before you tell the kids where we're going this week, we have, um, a family commitment. We're here through the rest of the week, but we will not be there Saturday to perform." Jill quickly explains

"I'll still be in rehearsal" Kendall adds

"Okay. So, we are going to Center Stage." Abby tells us

"Our solos are going to... Mackenzie. You will be performing a solo. It's called "Sink or Swim". So we're gonna see if you swim with the big fish or sink"
