The Great Divide (s5 e10)

Alessia's pov
"Great job, we'll see you in a few weeks Ale" Bobby, a producer of Bunk'd smiles after filming the 7th episode of Bunk'd

"Yeah, I can't wait" I smile back before walking over to my mom with my bag in my hand

Today is Wednesday, which also means that the girls started the dances and everything today. Abby told me as long as I get back by tomorrow, she will probably keep in the group dance which is why we're leaving today

"Okay, all our stuff is in the car already so we need to go straight to the airport" My mom tells me and I nod

After about 45 minutes we arrive at LAX. We go through TSA, and everything before we find our gate. Once we're there me and my mom sit down and I go on my phone. Soon, I see that Maddie is calling me

The call

"Hey Dede, what's up?"
Hey Le, not much. I just wanted to let you know what's happening with the dances.
"Okay, what are they?"
Kendall, Kalani and Nia have solos and then our group is called the domino effect because of the moms
"Of course it's based on the moms. How are they though?"
Pretty good. I haven't really watched the solos but I like the group so far
"That's good"
Yea, so are you coming back tomorrow?
"Yeah, I'm at the airport right now"
Okay, good. I miss you
"I miss you to De"
Anyway, I have to go. Mom's calling me for dinner. Bye Le, I love you
"Bye De, I love you too"

End of call

"Ale, our flight is getting called, let's go" My mom tells me. I pick up my bag and we walk onto the plane and find our seat

TWO DAYS TO
COMPETITION

"She's back!" Jill smiles when she sees me and my mom walk into the dancers den. All the girls run over to hug me and I laugh

I put my bag down and start taking off my street wear revealing my teal ALDC top and teal booty shorts. My hair is already in a bun with a white bow.

The girls then explain their solos and the group dance before Abby calls us in

"You're back!" Abby cheers when she sees me and I hug her. "Okay, so you'll be in the group dance. Just try and follow them and in your private with Gianna she'll actually teach it to you" I nod before going to the side to watch

"Join in when you're ready" Gianna tells me and I nod

After watching the dance and kind of doing the movements on the side, I feel ready to join in

"Okay, go to the front where you usually are" Abby tells me and I go to Maddie's right to rehearse the dance

"Good, great job Ale. I'm impressed. See guys, she can pick up all the choreography in 20 minutes, meanwhile it took you all an hour to learn the first half" Abby brags and I look down awkwardly

"You're dismissed. Ale, go to studio B with Gia" Abby says and I nod, and grab my water bottle

Arias pov
"That's just wrong" Holly points out

"What?" I ask

"That. How she just places Ale higher than everyone else and gives her all the credit meanwhile she wasn't even here yesterday. Like when Nia and I were not here for a day, Abby flipped and she's clearly not doing that with Ale" Holly explains

"I don't know" I shrug. If she has a problem with that she can go talk to Abby because I have nothing to do with it

ONE DAY TO
COMPETITION

Alessia's pov
We're all in studio B in our leotards and tights sitting in front of the mirror while watching Kendall's solo rehearsal.

After her solo, we all started to run the group dance. Once we rehearsed for a little, Abby stopped us so she could talk to us

"What is the average age?" She asks. She then goes over the ages because she doesn't want us in the teen division for the group. Then she leaves to talk to our moms. Soon after, she comes back in

DAY OF COMPETITION

When we got off the bus, we got all our stuff and walked through the big crowd. We then made our way to the dressing room. Abby also made the decision to cut Kalani out of the group

Abby took us down to check out the stage while the moms talked about I don't care what. We come back a little after and my mom starts on my hair for the group dance while I start my makeup

Halfway through my makeup, Abby has us all go backstage to watch solos

Kalani is up first

Then Kendall was up

Finally, it was Nia's turn

After the solos, the girls and I went back to the dressing room but the moms and Abby weren't there yet

"While you were in LA, you recorded a song. Can we hear it?" JoJo asks Nia and she nods

"Ok, let's listen to it. Everybody be quiet" Kalani tells us. Nia finds the song on her phone and she starts playing it.

"You sound so good" I compliment while stretching since my hair and makeup was all done. I was still in leggings and my white ALDC jacket though

"How was working with Aubrey?" Maddie asks

"It was great. She's so positive" Nia explains

"Opposite of Abby?" Kendall asks

"Yes" Nia nods and we laugh

Once the song was over I got up from the splits and run over to hug Nia

"It was amazing" I tell her and she hugs me back and smiles

Soon after, Abby and the moms come in and Abby talks to Kalani. Apparently, she wants Kalani to wear the costume, but not be in the dance or something

"Come here Ale" My mom tells me and I sit down so she can see my headpiece into my head. Then I go behind the curtain to change. After that, I start bronzing Maddie for her and then she helps bronze me

We then put our jackets on again and go backstage until we're called

AWARDS

Teen solos
Nia didn't place
Kendall got fifth
Kalani got first!

Junior small group
We got first!

We finally redeemed ourselves! I thought we did amazing. We walk back to the dressing room with our trophy's and Abby hugs and congratulations us. Then she leaves while we stay.

I go behind the curtain to change out of my costume and I heard the moms argue and I just roll my eyes. I'm so over that. I just wanna go home

This was a pretty short chapter guys. But anyway, I can't wait to do the next part. It's a special one that isn't apart of the actual show. A lot of you guys have already guessed what my like big surprise is so if you have guessed it, then you know what the next part is about! Love u all
