Alessia's pov "Do you guys think that Kim and new Chloe will be back?" Paige asks when we're all in the dressing room getting ready. I'm changing into my black booty shorts and my gray sweatpants over them. Then I also have a black top with pink designs on it. My hairs also in a semi messy but tight bun.
"I don't think so" Holly answers
"Let's go, ladies!" We hear Abby yell and we go into studio A
"I would love to say congratulations. I would like to be excited about the overall high score win of the group routine. It was the highest scoring number of the entire event, but I wasn't too excited about my fourth place solo and my third place duet and my second place duet" Abby says
"Abby, do you regret being Chloe in? It took time away from every one of these kids. Do you regret that?" Jill asks
"No, actually, I really enjoyed working with that young lady." Abby answers
"On our kids time going. This is your ALDC." Jill motions to us. "This is your make on your back. Not hers."
"Jill, are you teaching me how to run my business?" Abby questions
"No,no, but she didn't fit in with this team. And more than that, she took time away from your kids." Jill explains
"And you said you wanted a dancer and a dance mom that could hit the ground running. She didn't- she never caught the starting clock" Holly adds
"I think it's a little off when I bring one person in. It hasn't worked. That's why I made a little decision. I'm not bringing in on dancer to replace one of you. I'm looking to cast an entire new Elite Junior Competition Team. Ladies, this is a reality check. I will be forming another team to challenge you. They'll get to start from a scratch just like you guys did. I'm auditioning kids from all over the country now. I know what I want."
"Maddie, you might be on the new team. Ale, you might be on the new team." Abby says and we nod slightly "Let's get to pyramid"
"Chloe, fourth? Not good enough. Not for the experience that you have already had. And next, Kendall." Abby begins
"I don't even care" Jill says
"All right, next, we have Nia. Why do you two think you're here?" Abby asks
"Because we didn't win" Nia responds
"And next, we have Mackenzie. Mackenzie, you were in the group dance. Did you shine like the top of the Chrysler building? No. Next, we have Brooke. You were given a duet with Ale and you were also given moments to be a star of that group. You could have been amazing, and we could've come up with more difficult work to do on that chair. Figure out what you can and cannot do. Come back and say, you know what? I can do this. Do you like it? I can do that. Do you like it? That's how it works when you're 15." Abby says and Brooke nods slightly.
"And next, killing me that you're here, but Ale. Ale, I thought you did fabulous in the group and I thought you did fabulous in the duet. But you placed second with it. You are not a second place winner in anything. You are a first place winner" Abby says and I nod
"And next, we have Paige. You're pretty high up on the pyramid. Higher than Ale too. And I kept going back to your look. It wasn't about your dancing. It wasn't about your technique. I thought that the number was good for you. Maybe that's where you shine. And at the top of the pyramid, praise Maddie." Abby reveals and we clap for her
