Abby's Replaceable (s6 e6)

Hannah's pov
"3rd Street, we meet again!" Kalani exclaims as we walk up to the building since Abby resigned last week. Also, this week, Ale and Maddie aren't here. They're back in New York with my aunt Bea.

"Talk about circle" Jess laughs

"You know what? Even though Abby's not here, I'm glad the girls are here." Holly says

"She still wants them to dance under her name at competitions?" Ashlee asks

"We're still competing ALDC, 'cause Gia is here."  Melissa nods

"I think for sure she will be back" Jill states

"I can't even imagine her not coming back" My mom agrees

"Oh, you know Nia's not here" Jill says after looking around at us

"Where's Nia?" Melissa asks concerned. Holly then goes to look around the corner.

"You okay, Nia?" My mom asks as she and Holly come out from behind the corner. She doesn't look okay, she looks like she's been crying

"She's fine. Just some negative stuff on social media. It happens" Holly says

"You know what, honey? Haters are gonna hate. Don't let them make you cry" Melissa tells Nia as she begins to cry again. After comforting Nia for a bit, we make our way into the studio. I've never been in 3rd Street before, and it's actually pretty nice

We place our bags on the side and then begin to change. I leave my black define jacket over my dance top, but I take my pink leggings off to reveal my black booty shorts. My hairs already in a bun, so I just add a black bow. Kalani also curled my hair for me this morning, so it's still pretty curled and I love it

We then begin to stretch, with Gia leading us. Soon after, the moms, and minis and their moms come in. Once we finish stretching, I take off my jacket to reveal my white and pink tie die sports bra with ruffles on it

We all then get in line for pyramid, and the minis go in front of us.

"Normally, the first day of rehearsal, Abby would have a pyramid on the wall. That's not really my thing. I'm just here to tell you guys what's going on this week and to get the routines starts as fast as I can." Gia explains

"We are going to FIERCE Dance Competition in Lawndale, California." Gia tells us and we cheer. "But, no solos this week. Three duets."

"So, the first duet... Nia and Kalani, you guys are getting a duet. It's kind of a spin on an African routine. It's something that I don't normally do, so I am going to have some help with this. Uh, Travis Payne's assistant, Aisha Francis, is gonna come in and work with you guys"

"Next, we're gonna do a mini duet. It's called, "Don't Be Afraid of the Dark". It was a routine that we competed two or three seasons ago. It was Asia and Chloe. And it's going to be Peyton and Alexus."

"I have one more, who I don't think has ever been paired together. The duet is called, "The Odd Couple"." Gia begins before seeing Kendall and Brynn hugging. "They already know! Kendall and Brynn. Kendall is kind of the hard-core, dark, punk-rock chick, while Brynn would be the complete opposite."

"So what part is the harder part exactly?" Ashlee asks

"It's a duet. They're gonna do the same thing." Gia tells her

"It's the same thing? I was just wondering." Ashlee brushes it off

"She wants Brynn to have the harder part and all the leg tricks and all that stuff that the little kids do." Jess speaks up

"Maybe you should just be thankful you have a duet, because there are four kids- six kids on this team that don't have one. Brynn, if Abby were here, she would say, "Your mother just blew it for you"." Jill says
