Hannah's pov "Remember, sweetie, don't let a thing Abby says affect you. I know it's been extremely rough, like, this is your first week back after a couple years, and she's being a complete jerk to you. I believe in you, and so does your sister. Remember what she said yesturday? Be you, because you are amazing. She believes in you too. She doesn't want you to be like her, she wants you to be your amazing Hannah self, because that's the best person you could possibly be." My mom tells me as she parks her white Range Rover at the competition.
Today, Kalani had went with Jill and Kendall since she was helping Kendall with something, but it's been so much fun hanging out with her every single day.
"I know. It's just hard and really annoying. Especially that whole cutout of Ale that she wants me to dance with" I explain to her and she nods
"I know babe. Listen, if she wants you to dance with that stupid thing, you will and you're going to be amazing no matter what happens"
"Like, yesturday after you stormed out of the room, she told me I was done and I was going to lose and wouldn't have anymore solos and it was your fault" I tell her and she rolls her eyes
"Of course she did. It wouldn't be your fault or mine. You probably had about an hour in total for your rehearsal time. But this is what you're going to do, you're going to go out there, dance your absolute best, and I will talk to Abby if anything happens. She will not pick on you. Okay?" She says and I nod
"Let's go babe" My mom says and we get out of the car and we grab our things and meet up with our team
"Oh my gosh" I widen my eyes at all the people screaming when we walk by. Last time I was here, there wasn't nearly this many people
"Yeah, it's kind of crazy" Kenzie whispers and we laugh. We then make our way to the dressing room and I start get ready. I do my makeup while my mom does my hair. She puts it in a bun and adds my gray hair piece. I then change into my pretty gray costume.

I then see Kendall crying, and I think it's because of her face. My thought was then proven right when Abby told her to take her old grandma face off and dance amazingly.
"You seem so comfy" I say to Kenzie when I notice she's in pajamas for her routine and she laughs. Abby then calls the four soloists over and she talks to us a little bit before we go backstage
"And there's the cardboard cutout" I point to the thing next to Kenzies couch
"It's actually so stupid. Don't worry about it though Hannah, you dance how we all know you can" Kalani tells me and I smile
