Sat. 24th December 1994 - 5:36pm...

Tying a bow in my tight curls, my hands began to shake slightly. Chewing on my lip, I stared at my gown in the mirror, my cheeks flushed pink.

I adjusted the positioning of the ribbon, puffing out my bun to create the illusion of it being fuller.

Pansy and Daphne sat on the floor behind me. Pansy leaned across to her, patting a makeup sponge over her face.

"Did Draco ever take you shopping for those new bras you mentioned?" She asked me.

"Yes, he did. He deliberately told me to pick the most expensive ones." I mutter, running my hands down my sides. The dress dipped at my hips, fanning out across the floor of our shared dormitory.

"Did he buy you a g-string?" She laughed.

"No, those are extremely uncomfortable." I respond, rolling my eyes.

"Speak for yourself," Daphne buts in. She went to turn her face, before Pansy grabbed her chin to force her to stay still as she applied blusher.

Pansy continued, "Did he have a favourite set?"

I sit on my bed, crossing my legs. "I'm not answering that question, Pansy."

She wiggled her eyebrows, "I'll just take your non-answer as a yes then. You're totally wearing his favourite set of panties. All you two do now is shag."

"That's not true. We enjoy each other's company, too."

"Yes, you do indeed," She cleared her throat, mocking my voice. "Fuck, yes - Draco harder!"

Daphne joined in, by clapping her hands together in a pattern.

Feeling the heat rise in my face, I shake my head. "I don't sound like that. Besides, you two can't speak much about this. I heard about Cedric and Theo."

They both share a shocked side glance, bursting out into a small fit of laughter.

"Am I wrong?" I question, lifting my rose necklace from my bedside table. Clipping it on, I stand and perform a small twirl for my friends. "Thoughts?"

"Malfoy is going to have no idea what hit him," Daphne said.

Students from each school gathered around outside of the doors to the Great Hall. Fake snow, and icicles hung from the ceiling and portraits.

A Christmas tree hugged the corner of every possible hallway, a grand one in the central area leading up to the moving staircases.

"Hello."

My sight shifted to the direction of the soft voice, to see Luna widely smiling up at me. "Luna, you look beautiful."

"Thank you... I'm glad you picked the green dress, it matches your eyes." She beamed, leaning forwards to get a better look at my face.

"Luna," Blaise cleared his throat, strolling up to us.

Luna grabbed his arm, trailing him down the stairwell and into the hall.
