Aaliyah Cohen sat in the car driving to the Compound with fiancé, Tony Stark, Aaliyah's eyes surveyed the no longer full streets of New York, only a few people were around, all of them heading towards the memorial of the fallen from the Snap, she knew Emma's name was there somewhere as was the Barton's names but Aaliyah had never been able to set foot in the place.

Aaliyah had tried on several different occasions, but she couldn't, she didn't want to look at the name of her cousin, knowing that they'd failed and that it caused Emma to turn to ash, for Steve to lose his wife, for Hayley to lose her mother.

So, Aaliyah Cohen swore that she'd never set foot in that place ever, and that's how it was going to stay. She stayed silent for a little longer before speaking.

"What changed your mind?" she asked.

Tony's hands gripped the steering wheel slightly.

"The kid, you know the photo just above the sink? The one of us, the kid and the grant?" Aaliyah nodded. "I needed to do it, not just for us, but for him." said Tony.

Aaliyah smiled as she and Tony pulled up to the Compound, where Steve was standing outside, Aaliyah noticed he was fiddling with Emma's wedding ring.

Steve looked up and saw the R8 Audi that had Cohen 12 on the number plate, pull up next to him, Tony and Aaliyah then stepped out the car and walked towards Steve, Tony hanging near the boot.

"Why the long face?" Aaliyah commented, shooting her friend and cousin in law a sly smile. "Let me guess, he turned into a baby?"

Steve chuckled. "Among other things. What are you two doing here?"

"That's the EPR Paradox. Instead of pushing Lang through time, you might've wound up pushing time through Lang. It's tricky. Dangerous. Somebody should've cautioned you against it." said Aaliyah ignoring Steve's question.

"You did," Steve conceded, a small smile on his lips none the less.

"Did we?" Aaliyah comments, still smirking while Tony speaks.

"Thank God we're here. Regardless, I fixed it," he holds up his right hand, with a device on it. "A fully functioning Time-Space GPS, Aaliyah designed. Although, you'll have to give Abigail some credit for it," Tony said, seeing the smile on Steve's face. "That girl's too smart for her own good, I think she's passed me, Aaliyah, Emma and Bruce in the brains department. I just want peace," Tony makes the peace sign with his fingers. "Turns out, resentment is corrosive, and I hate it."

"Me too." the man in front of them replied, the thumb of his left hand touching Emma's wedding ring.

"We got a shot at getting these stones, but we gotta tell you our priorities: Bring back what we lost? I hope, yes. Keep what we got? We have to, at all costs. And... maybe not die trying will be nice." said Tony.
