I breathe in the smell of chlorine with a happy sigh. Chlorine is definitely one of my favorite smells.

Sawauchi locates an empty table and the rest of us dump our stuff onto it.

I turn to assess the water park. "Alright, who's going down that one with me?" I point to the tallest slide.

"Me!" Kindaichi yells.

"Me!" Iwaizumi seconds.

I kick off my sandals. "Anyone else?" I get a few "maybe later"s in response. "Alright, your loss," I shrug. I unzip my jacket and toss it on my bag, adjusting my makeshift swimsuit before heading off to the slides with Kindaichi and Iwaizumi.

"Actually," I hear running behind us and Yahaba joins our little group. "I think I will come after all," he decides, eyes on mine.

"Sweet!" I jump into the air and pull all three of them across the concrete faster.

When we find the right line to stand in, Iwaizumi starts teasing Kindaichi about how his hair will look once it's wet, and I throw in a few playful remarks of my own. Really though, I'm discreetly noticing just how toned these volleyball boys are. I mean, I always knew Iwaizumi was an absolute beast. His arms are massive and his six pack is on a whole different level. But Yahaba and Kindaichi have six packs too. Looking back at the rest of the team, having a six pack seems to be a common theme. I scowl.

"Hey, how come all of you have six packs and I don't?" I demand, looking down at my stomach. It's fairly toned and defined, but there's no six pack. "That's so not fair."

The three boys follow my gaze. Kindaichi blushes heavily.

Iwaizumi chuckles. "You're really close, Lily. You might as well have one— it looks like you've got the muscles for it."

"And it's harder for girls to get six packs in the first place, so..." Kindaichi awkwardly offers.

"Yeah, well it still makes me mad," I huff.

Yahaba, saying nothing, raises his gaze from my torso to my eyes once more, his usual intensity seemingly having multiplied exponentially.

I feel my face heat up. I don't know what to do about that, so I look away and undo my ponytail to start weaving my hair into a braid.

We finally reach the top of the water slide and I fist bump the boys, telling them I'll see them at the bottom. They grin, and I push myself down the slide, reveling in the hurtling feeling in my stomach and the water splashing into my face.

I tumble into the small pool at the end of the slide, swim to the edge, and push myself up to sit and wait for the boys to come down.

"YEEEAAHHHH!!" Iwaizumi's holler echoes all the way down the slide to my ears. He enters the pool like a torpedo, splashing me with a huge wave. His broad shoulders surface and he flips his wet hair off his forehead with a flip that makes him look like more of a model than Oikawa.

"Fun, right?" I laugh as he hoists himself to sit next to me.

"Fun," he grins. "Kindaichi's got cold feet though."

"Really? He seemed so excited."

"WAIT! PLEASE— NOOoooo~"

Fear-filled screams draw our eyes back to the slide.

"Is that..." I hesitate, "...Kindaichi?"

Iwaizumi stares at the top of the slide. "I think Yahaba pushed him," he says solemnly.
