"Alright, give me all the water bottles, I'll go refill them while you guys get ready."

Our next opponent wears a white jersey for their uniform like we do, so our team is changing into our alternate aqua blue jerseys. And while I'm not bothered by a group of shirtless high school boys, I don't want to make them uncomfortable by sitting here watching them. They'll need fresh water for the next match anyway.

I snatch the water bottle from Kindaichi's hands before he can squeeze the rest of the water out. "That's old. Don't drink it."

He stutters in protest, but I ignore him and reach for Kunimi's water bottle. The more subdued first-year shrugs and hands it to me with a quiet, "Thanks."

I turn to Watari next, but he pulls his bottle close to his chest.

"I can refill my own water, Lily."

"I know you can, but I'm taking them all out to refill right now."

"It's fine, I'll take mine."

"No, you won't."

"Yes, I will."

"No, you won't. Yahaba, give me your water bottle."

Yahaba bends down to retrieve his bottle from the ground and hands it to me. "Are you going to take all of them right now? Are you sure you don't need help?"

I roll my eyes. "They're water bottles, guys. And they have these very convenient cages that make them easy to carry. This is my job as team manager. I can handle it. So give them to me."

Yahaba grins and starts trying to wrestle Watari's bottle away from him.

I leave him to it and collect bottles from the third-years, with Iwa helping me arrange them in the cages and hanging them on my fingers.

"Alrighty, I'll get these filled and be back in no time," I incline my head to the team before I leave.

"Be careful, Lil-chan," Oikawa warns.

I lift an arm and raise a couple fingers in response, all I can spare to keep from dropping the cages in that hand, then head off with all the water bottles except for Watari's, who absolutely refused to have me fill it for him, and Yuda's, who probably wouldn't trust me with anything, not even his water bottle. I'll have to work on that.

I slowly make my way through the crowd, careful not to hit anyone with the water bottle cages protruding from my fingers.

I turn the corner of the hallway, right into the path of an incoming team. I shift, narrowly avoiding being trampled, but one of the players brushes against the cages in my left hand, knocking them to the ground and leaving the water bottles to roll across the floor.

"Aw, man," I stare at the fallen bottles for a second, knowing I'll have to set down the remaining cages in my right hand in order to retrieve the bottles that are now being kicked every which way by the crowd. Which means I run the risk of them also being kicked over, but I have no choice.

I set the surviving water bottle cages flush against the wall, then grab the fallen cages and start picking up stray water bottles. The problem is, even in just the few seconds it took me to set the other cages down, they've been scattered all across the hall. I do my best to dart between moving bodies and pick up water bottles, muttering "sumimasen" repeatedly. But just as I manage to collect them all and head back to where I set the others, I see a passerby up the hall trip on the waiting cages, kicking them over and sending water bottles flying.
