Kit practically jumped when he heard the tray of food get pushed through the slot. He and spent the last few hours or minutes desperately wishing for someone to save him....maybe at least a Starfleet officer to find him. He also had spent the last few m in he's wishing he had some activity other than staring a cold metal wall.
Shock ripples through Kit as he eyed the woman who had sent him his food. She had a worm complexion, soft eyes and kinder features than most who he'd seen. This was the woman who had captured him?!?
He analyzed his food: there was a plate with tuna (at least some sort of fish), white rice, some oddly drenched beans mixed with a brown sauce, and a bowl containing his water. A dismal meal.
"Gonna eat it?!? You have been here for five hours. Thought you'd like something to eat."
Her voice sounded different. Maybe it had been because of the mask taht had distorted her voice. She had almost the sound of a flower child and a kind heart, despite her job of working for Arik.
He hesitantly picked up a bit of tuna, disgusted by the feeling of not having a fork. He was not a picky eater, but no silverware was worse. Arik probably didn't want any sharp tools or eating utensils on their trays, so nobody escaped. Smart.
He quickly shoved a few pieces of tuna and shoved them into his mouth. The taste of chewy, salty tuna entered his mouth. He quickly washed down the slaty taste with a large sip from his bowl of water.
"Now before you continue."
Kit halted as her voice sounded like a warning. He immediately set down the bowl of water. Aware that this was not exactly pretty eating, he wiped his mouth from spilt water.
"I'm here to ask you questions. You must answer there you like it or not."
"Understood," Kit answered in a weak voice.
Familiarizing himself with his situation, Kit had come to terms that he was going to be stuck the for a long time. He was desperate for an escape that couldn't find. He'd have to play along and act like a prisoner.
"Your full name is Christopher Richard Pike Jr."
"Correct."
"You have the powers of super strength and super intelligence."
"Well....yes."
"And you understand that no one will ever ride you again?"
".....yes."
"And from now on you will address me as Demitria-"
"You have the middle name of my sister!" Kit blurted out.
Truly, Kit hadn't really been paying attention to Demitria's name until now. It wasn't exactly the most common name anymore. Brystal and Demitria both having the name seem e like something to blurt out.
