Chapter 25~ 10 Months Later~
"Duck!" he yelled from across the room.
Out of habit I turned around. First thing I did when I saw a ball spiraling it's way straight for me and a mere inches away was to curse.
"Oh fuc-" was all that I said before the ball was making contact with my face and I was sent flying down on my back.
"Chaya why the hell didn't you duck?" Synthia my partner in PE says as she looks down at me.
God damn stupid freshman's think they're all smart.
"Shut up!" I shout holding my nose up as blood ran down.
A boy came running over to me and gave me the same look Synthia was giving me. One that called me an idiot. I had just forgotten I was in PE class. I was exhausted and I thought it was Drake lecturing me again about just standing around.
"Chaya here's a pass to the nurses," my teacher said jogging up to make sure I'm alright.
This was my twenty seventh pass since the beginning of school. But I've been training longer than in the summer. I keep telling Drake but he threatens to give up on me if I don't work out the same amount of time he does.
By the way it looks I'm surprised Drake even has a life. Because from the way it's going I don't even have a life. I would talk to people at school but I'm too tired and too angry .On my way to the nurse I stop and double take at the lockers where Al was leaning against it with her headphones on.
Despite the voice in my head saying to throw something at her and dip it I instead walked to her. I pull on the wire of her headphones and she opens her demonic eyes at an incredibly fast pace as she glared.
"What do you want?" she says annoyed and not as surprised as I thought.
"Are you stalking me?" I ask moving back to keep a safe distance in case she is.
"What?" she asked her glare turning into surprise. "I've always been in this school."
She rolled her eyes when I audibly ooh'd. Since she's not surprised I'm guessing she's seen me. Yet I've never seen her...so in a way she is a stalker.
"Since when," I say still not giving up on the idea that she's stalking me. I mean I am awesome. I would stalk myself if I can.
"Since I was a freshman now leave me alone," she says about to close her eyes but I must have made a face because she sighed/growled.
"We had art together last year," she says raising her brows expectantly like I would suddenly remember.
I shake my head no and she bounces off the locker and gets in my face.
"You and Junior are in the same grade probably have some classes together, now go away" Al said. Completely contradicting her order she leaves first and goes into the library.
"Junior goes here too?" I say out loud as I walk to the nurse.
Now that I think about it Victor Division isn't that far from here. I'm not surprised I don't notice. The only person that matters to me is Chase. But I already know Chase goes to a private school a couple of miles away from here. I actually know his entire schedule. At lunch I'd go over in his open period when he studied in the library and watch him.
So yes I was technically a stalker. Last year at the end of school I was going to an ice cream shop when I saw him first walking to Victor's Division. It had been a long time since I last saw him and then I was following him. This year I seem to have just gotten worse but I couldn't help it.
