Surveyor : It appears that the village thug has occupied the space behind the shops and claimed it as his own. Everyone is scared of him in that village. Since no one raised an objection, it has remained that way.

Surveyor explained everything .

Vrindha : What ? That's unacceptable ! We need to sort this out immediately. I'll visit the village tomorrow.

she stated and her voice is resolute.

The surveyor nodded and he is sounding impressed.

Surveyor : I completely agree ma'am. I'll accompany you to assist with the situation.

Vrindha : Thank you. And I apologize for thinking you might be partially at fault. It seems the real issue lies elsewhere.

Vrindha said and her tone is softening.

Surveyor : Ma'am, you're more respectful than most people I've encountered in this line of work. I appreciate that.

He replied and she could hear the sincerity in his voice.

As she ended the call, Vrindha turned to Krishna, who was now leaning against the doorframe with arms crossed and a teasing smile on his face.

Krishna : So, what's the verdict, Miss IAS Officer ? Are you going to save the day ? By the way your stuff from your house is shifted here and neatly arranged by your husband.

She sighed, shaking her head with a grin.

Vrindha : Thank you my dear husband ! I'm just trying to ensure justice for those villagers. It seems they've been wronged by a thug and didn't even know it. It's their land and they should pay the tax. But they are totally unaware that they own that land.

Krishna smiled with a thoughtful look crossing his face.

Krishna : You know, as a lawyer, I've seen how effective community support can be. Instead of confronting the thug head-on, we could organize a meeting with the villagers to educate them about their land rights. They need to know that they have legal protections.

Vrindha tilted her head, intrigued.

Vrindha : That's a smart approach. If they feel empowered and informed, they might be more willing to take a stand together. But we have tackle this moron first.

Krishna nodded and his enthusiasm is growing.

Krishna : Exactly ! Make them to file a case against him under sections like 441 of the Indian Penal Code, which addresses criminal trespass. If he's occupying their land without permission, that could apply. Additionally, the villagers could file a complaint under the Rights to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act if they're being denied their rightful ownership.

Vrindha's eyes lit up as she absorbed the information.

Vrindha : That's brilliant vakeel saab ! If we can demonstrate that he's infringing on their rights, it gives them a strong case.
