FOREVER

Lana's POV

You've finally turned to the last page, my Kiel.

Were you surprised that I remembered each and every moment that we shared?

"Do you, Laura Natalie Dela Vega, take this man to be your lawfully wedded husband, to live together in matrimony, to love him, comfort him, honor and keep him, in sickness and in health, for richer or poorer, for better or worse, from this day forward, for as long as you both shall live?"

Nangingiyak akong ngumiti at tumango. "I do."

I heard cheers around us, but all I could see was Kiel standing in front of me. He was also on the verge of crying.

"Do you, Ezekiel Achelaus Pierera, take this woman to be your lawfully wedded wife, to live together in matrimony, to love her, comfort her, honor and keep her, in sickness and in health, in sorrow and in joy, to have and to hold, from this day forward, as long as you both shall live?

"I do!" sigaw niya kaya nagtawanan ang lahat.

"I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may now kiss the bride."

Kiel bit his lower lip to stop himself from grinning. Pansin ko ang pagtulo ng luha mula sa mga mata niya habang iniaangat niya ang belo na nakatakip sa mukha ko.

He cupped my face and leaned into me to seal our promise to each other. Naghiyawan ang mga tao nang hinalikan na ako ni Kiel. I laughed and hugged him tight while we were both crying out of happiness.

Ngayon lang ako naging ganitong kasaya buong buhay ko. I always believed that my life would always be filled with misfortune, but now I am at last experiencing good fortune.

"I love you," he whispered through my lips before he pulled away. He still had his arms wrapped around me as we looked at our families and friends gathered today to celebrate this special moment with us.

Our wedding became the talk of the town. Aside from the fact that it was the grandest and biggest celebration ever held this year due to the request of Kiel's father, our love story was also looked up to by a lot of people.

Kiel and I ultimately agreed to be interviewed exclusively by his elite friend Spencer for her brand-new talk show, which just aired a month ago. Kami ang napili niya for the pilot episode.

It was such an honor to work with her. She was good at her job. I actually liked her. Hindi ako kinabahan at napaka-respectful niyang tao. She knows when to stop asking questions, and you can feel that she actually listens to us.
