Sorry about the long hiatus on this story. It's been almost a year, 21 days short in fact.
It's just difficult to write a story about political intrigue and war with so much of it going on in the world right now. All I see on the news is more bloodshed and insanity and that makes it difficult for me to want to write about it.
I may update later this month, I may not. Leave any ideas you may have for the next chapter in the comments. I'm sorry if this wasn't the update you were expecting, but the current political climate on Earth is already more terrifying than anything I could put in this story.
