AKA Bub was left unsupervised in an Umbrella facility and makes it everyone else's problem. This is canon.
Bub stood alone in the corner of a bulletproof glass cell, calculating his options as he stared at the wall. In the cell next to him, one zombie slammed his head into the clear panel as he attempted to grab one of the scientists passing by with his remaining teeth. Bub closed his eyes and shook his head slightly. "How embarrassing." He muttered to himself quietly. Of all of the zombies present, only Bub had some semblance of humanity. Hell, some of them didn't even resemble humans, but Bub figured that could be quirks at play. At least, he hoped it was. Bub glanced at the zombie in the cell to the left of his, who was known only as Subject THV-42M, and internally sighed. It had been a week since he had been brought to the facility, and he was losing his mind waiting. He had already planned out his escape quite thoroughly. Now all he needed was for the security systems to inevitably fail. Whether it was from a screwed over employee, an attack from a competitor, or even a natural disaster, he didn't care.
His main problem was the other zombies. For lack of a better term, Bub thought they were retards. At least the Overworld zombies had some form of sapience, but most of the zombies currently held with Bub were running on the two basic human instincts. The guy in the cell across from him was proof of that.

The zombie, known only as Subject OU-11, shrieked and clicked as he pounded on the walls of his cell. 'Is that the guy's quirk or is he just that rotted?' Bub thought, once again looking away. Honestly, it was kind of horrible to look at. Bub wished they would put the poor bastard out of his misery.
Of all of Bub's fellow inmates, the one he found least annoying was the zombie the scientists called Subject GFB-27M. She didn't look anything like the witches Bub knew and was almost always crying, but she could vaguely communicate and had long razor sharp claws that Bub found really cool.
