Fuegoleon smirked as Mynx kept looking around,

"Wow, I haven't been here in years!"

Fuegoleon rolled his eyes,

"You came with me two years ago when I made Captain,"

Mynx shrugged,

"That was two years ago Fuego! Look at all the people here! Do you think we will see new magic?"

Fuegoleon sighed,

"You spend too much time with the Wizard King,"

Mynx stuck out her tongue at him,

"Ah your just jealous that I'm friends with the Wizard King,"

Fuegoleon nudged her,

"Just you wait until you can say you are the twin sister of the Wizard King,"

Mynx chuckled,

"Sure you will be."

Fuegoleon smiled at her,

"Come on, it's starting,"

The two walked over to the platform just in time with the other Captains, who had some of their Vice Captains with them. Mynx quickly waved at Yami and William, who both made Vice Captain a few weeks ago.

"Hey, you guys free tonight?"

William chuckled,

"I am,"

Yami smirked,

"Are you buying?"

Mynx rolled her eyes and nodded,

"Fine, I'll buy. We haven't celebrated yet,"

William smiled at her,

"See you later then,"

"Don't start going star eyes on us during the exam,"

Mynx smirked,

"No promises,"

Mynx quickly walked back to Fuegoleon as they all walked out onto the platform to sit. Mynx heard the gasps from the contestants down in the arena and caught some words,

"It's Captain Fuegoleon and Vice Captain Mynx! I heard that they are undefeated when they fight together!"

"She has a four-leaf clover! She's so pretty,"

"Look over there! It's the captain of the gray deers! I heard that the Wizard King himself was the captain of that squad before he became the wizard king,"

"I hope I get chosen by the Gray Deers, they are the hardest squad to get into! I heard they only accept very powerful mages, mostly nobles,"

"I want to be chosen by the Silver Eagles! They only accept the powerful Nobles, no commoners allowed! They are perfect! Captain Nozel is handsome!"

Mynx inwardly winced at that sentence and glanced at Nozel in sync of him looking over at her. She winked at him and he rolled his eyes. The two barely talked, but they held some respect for the other. Mynx was adamant about being kind to Noelle, the youngest Silva as she was friends with Acier Silva. Nozel and Mynx have butted heads when they were younger, as Fuegoleon and Nozel claimed to be nemeses.

Just then, her attention was drawn to the mages as they stopped chatting. The exams have started. Fuegoleon crossed his arms and glanced at her as she leaned closer to him,

"Anyone catch your eye yet?"

Mynx narrowed her eyes,

"Nothing yet...some explosions...but nothing promising, I think the fighting will bring about more talent,"
