"Hey, kid, what are you doing here?"

Xander looked up as Yami walked over to him,

"Yami! I was waiting for you,"

Yami glanced him over and nodded slowly,

"Okay...why?"

Xander nudged him,

"What? Can't you just be happy to see me for once?"

Yami narrowed his eyes,

"Right outside the Julius's office?"

Xander flushed red and looked down,

"I didn't want to go in alone...and I know you were also asked to come so,"

Yami ruffled his hair,

"Scaredy cat,"

Xander gasped,

"Me? Nope. I just don't think the Wizard King likes me,"

Yami glanced at the door and then back at Xander,

"That's not true. Come on, let's go inside,"

They walked in, and Julius looked up with a smile as he spotted Yami,

"Ah, Yami, hello, thank you for coming, and Xander, thank you for coming as well,"

Xander saluted at him,

"Of course, Wizard King,"

Julius nodded at him and looked at Yami,

"Yami, why do you think the Eye of the Midnight Sun wants the Magic Stones? You have been hunting them down. Why send their top mages?"

Yami crossed his arms,

"I don't know. You have an idea, don't you?"

"Only speculation,"

Xander tilted his head,

"Are the stones connected to the universe mana or something like that?"

Julius brought his hand to his chin,

"Hm...The Magic stones amplify one's power. Why do you ask about universal mana?"

"Well. We know this group wants to kill Mynx, right? So why would they want to get her? My best guess is her cosmic mana. I mean, no one has ever heard of Cosmic Magic, right? So maybe they want to use it to their advantage,"

Yami shook his head,

"Well, they won't get her,"

Julius raised his hand, and they looked back at him,

"Mynx is out of both of our reaches, so let's focus on the Magic Stones. Yami, I want you to go back out now to lo-"

They were interrupted by Marx's face appearing abruptly,

"Wizard King! The Diamond Kingdom is attacking Kiten again. They need immediate reinforcements,"

Xander immediately jumped at the opportunity by raising his hand, and Yami slapped it down,

"We aren't in school. Put your hand down!"

Marx deadpanned at the two before showing a vision of Kiten,

"The three Diamond Generals are leading the attack. Captain Vangeance just got there right now with the Golden Dawn."

Yami cracked his knuckles,

"I have a score to settle with one of those Generals. I'll get my squad there,"
