As Mynx entered the castle with Balto and Fuegoleon by her side, she felt a mix of excitement at the site of the familiar walls. Then Fuegoleon grabbed her elbow,

"Mynx, you shouldn't be roaming the castle alone in your condition,"

Mynx rolled her eyes but couldn't hide the smile tugging at her lips.

"Fuegoleon, stop worrying! I will be fine! I have Balto right here at all times,"

Fuegoleon narrowed his eyes at her,

"You promise to head straight to Owen?"

Mynx smiled, a mischievous glint in her eye as she patted his shoulder,

"I will!"

Fuegoleon sighed before pointing to Balto,

"Keep her out of trouble,"

Balto nodded and smirked at him,

"I will."

Fuegoleon sighed again before hugging Mynx,

"I'll set up a small party for you,"

"It better be at Zenko's bar!"

Fuegoleon laughed and nodded,

"It will. Contact me after,"

Mynx winked at him,

"I will."

As soon as Fuegoleon was out of sight, Balto trotted alongside her, casting her a sly glance.

"So...where are we actually going?"

Mynx gasped in mock offense, placing a hand on her chest.

"You dare accuse me of not listening to Fuegoleon?"

Balto gave her a flat look, his blue eyes glinting with humor.

"Mynx. I have watched you your entire life. That is exactly why I know you aren't listening to him,"

Mynx laughed and patted his head,

"True. I'm going to see Julius to clear up the whole dead thing fully. I want to get back to being a Magic Knight as soon as I can,"

Balto rolled his eyes,

"Fine. But then I will drag you to Owen before he drags you on an adventure,"

Mynx chuckled,

"Ah, spoiled sport,"

Navigating through the castle halls, Mynx's thoughts were interrupted by a familiar voice.

"MYNX!"

Before Mynx could react, Noelle tackled her in a hug, almost knocking the wind out of her. Tears were streaming down Noelle's cheeks, but she was laughing through them.

"Noelle!"

Noelle pulled back, wiping her face with a sheepish grin.

"You are okay! Nozel told me they found you, but then you disappeared again! I was so worried!"

Mynx laughed, using her thumb to wipe away a stray tear from Noelle's cheek,

"Ah, the brave Noelle, cryng over lil ol' me?"

Noelle punched her lightly on the shoulder, her cheeks flushed.

"Stop it! You were gone for six years! I was worried."

Mynx smiled and patted her head,

"Ah, look at how big you got lil one. Hey, did you join a Magic Knights Squad yet?"
