Julius walked in with a smile on his face,

"Apologies for being late,"

The surprise lasted a few moments before Asta, Noelle, Mimosa, and Klaus settled down in the back of the room. Julius presented the awards to each member, when he got to Leopold on his list, he had a soft smile on his face,

"With seven stars earned, Leopold Vermillion of the Crimson Lion Kings. I grant you the title of
Intermediate Magic Knight, Second Class. You use the same flame
magic as your older brother, the Captain of the Crimson Lion Kings. Your power is overwhelming. Make sure you don't go overboard. I look forward to seeing what more you accomplish. I know she would have been very proud of you,"

Asta frowned in confusion at the mention of a female and glanced over to Noelle,

"Hey, who is he talking about?"

Noelle frowned as she clutched her small necklace with a wave pendant,

"Someone we all lost six years ago,"

Leopold saluted at the Wizard King with a sad glint in his eyes,

"Thank you, sir,"

Fuegoleon put a hand on his shoulder with a proud smile on his face,

"As am I,"

Marx walked over to Julius just as he mentioned the banquet,

"Ah yes, sorry everyone, I must attend to some last-minute business, please enjoy the food while I am away...Oh and before I forget, please welcome my guests,"

They slowly filed into the room, and Asta immediately started eating all the good food while Yuno settled into a corner, observing while he ate. Solid glared at Asta,

"Filthy peasant. I don't sense any mana from him,"

Nebra sneered,

"They must have taken that dungeon by sheer luck,"

Asta shrugged at them as he grew used to the words he heard all his life. Klaus took every bit of self-control to not argue with the Silvas. Hamon chuckled,

"The way he eats is disgusting. It's unnatural for him to be here. Filthy rat."

Solid turned to Hamon,

"You also have a peasant in your squad. The peasant who's forgotten his place since everyone fawns over him because of the four-leaf grimoire he has."

Leopold glanced over at them and walked toward them,

"I could've handled capturing that dungeon even better."

Nebra glared at him,

"That's quite confident, crimson brat."

Leopold growled at her but before he could say anything, Xander placed his hand on his shoulder gently as he glared at Nebra,

"I would stop talking, Nebra,"

Nebra glared back at him and Hamon rolled his eyes,

"It's not like we expect anything from that peasant. We are the ones who embody Lord Vangeance and the Golden Dawn's ideals."

Klaus walked over to them after hearing that,

"With all due respect-"

"That goes for you as well, Klaus. Aren't you ashamed, being here with your lack of skill?"

"I-"

"And Mimosa! I heard that you were wounded early on in the dungeon and left the front line. To think that you're royalty of the Vermillion line is laughable."
