I was sitting in math class looking at the teacher teach. It was just numbers upon numbers. Don't get me wrong, I'm good at math but it's boring. I like reading and writing more. I heard a knock on the door and the whole classes attention went to the door. There was a petite boy with blue fury hair.
"This is Lui Shirosagi everyone! He's a transfer student from America!" The administrator said.
He stayed quiet.
"Hi Lui, it's nice to have you, why don't you take a seat ... in the empty desk in the back next to Gabe, Gabe rise your hand?" The teacher said.
I raised my hand. He walked to the desk next to me and sat down. I just stared at him as he looked out the window.
He was... beautiful. Is that weird to say about a boy? I don't care it was true.
"Hi... Lui was it?" I asked him.
He said nothing and looked away. Ok pretty, but not lovely. He just looked out the window the rest of the class.
-1 month later-
I was practicing with my bey after school. I was thinking about that pretty boy... Lui. I have been for the past month. I've also been out of it recently with beyblading because I've been thinking about him to much. My back was to the door but I felt someone watching me. I looked back to find Lui.
"Oh Hi" I said as he said nothing but narrowed his eyes.
I shrugged my shoulders and carried on with my practice. But his staring was burning my back. It felt like I was prey and he was a predator. He didn't speak at all my whole practice and that marks the end of my practice that day.
-a week later-
Lui has been coming to all of my beyblade practices but he doesn't say anything. I wanna hear him speak to me. I wanna hear his voice, I wanna know how his voice sounds. I sat at my desk and waited for the class to start. Lui came in and sat at his desk. He stared at me for a little bit then he opened his mouth.
"Yes"
"Huh? Yes what?" I asked.
"You asked if my name was Lui the first day I arrived at this school" He said while looking out the window.
"O-oh right I did" I admitted.
He's even prettier when he talks.
I looked at the window trying not to make eye contact with the giant sitting right next to me. For a thirteen year old... he was hot. I'm not gonna lie but I was checking him out a little bit at his beyblade practices. For the rest of the class it was quiet between us. Not like I wanted him to really talk to me but he seems nice. To nice.
"And ever since that day we got closer and closer -it took a while- but when we did we realized we had feelings for each other and then it also took us a while to confess and start dating. That was the best day of my life. Every day since then my days have been filled with so much love and joy and I was never alone, I had the handsome, Gabe Brunai" Lui said.
Gabe looked into Lui's eyes and kissed his forehead.
"Not only that, if I never met your dad we would have never had you, Luna" Gabe added.
"I never get tired of your love story, it makes me believe there's still a chance I can find my true love" Lui's and Gabe's now fifteen year old daughter said as Gabe kissed her head.
"That's why you ask us to tell you the story and tuck you into bed on your birthday?" Lui asked.
"Yes" she admitted.
"Oh, Luna, goodnight, I hope you liked your birthday" Lui kissed her head.
"Yeah! It was great thanks dad's" she said before drifting off to sleep.
The two adults exit the room slowly and quietly closing the door behind them.
They share a few sleepy kisses before going to their bed and going to sleep.
