I woke up to the sound of my son crying again. Recently the touch doesn't really work anymor- well at least not mine for some reason but when he's with Lui it's all fine but not with me. Tonight lui was also out with some friends. I got up and held Leo. first I just tried to calm him down to see if that worked but no. Then I saw if he wanted milk, nope. I even walked around the house , the kitchen, living room, and even the bathroom and I walked around the house twice.
I just went back to our room and sat on the bed. I don't know what came over him but he started crying louder.
"Come on Leo go to sleep... to sleep please" I said while rocking a bit front and back and patting his bum.
An hour passed and he was still crying. Mined you it took me an hour to try everything. Then Luna started crying.
"Please... stop crying" I said I'm eyes closing.
"Leo, Luna stop crying please" my throat began to hurt and I felt tears falling down my face.
I then began to cry with them begging that Lui would come back soon.
Do they only want Lui? Am I not a good father to them? I mean I try and try but this isn't looking like I'm able to do this.

Should I have left Gabe by himself? I'm not doubting his ability but both of them together is hard to manage and this is the first time I left him. Something seems off I have this feeling... I have to go!
I told my friends I needed to go. I checked the time on my phone and it was nine o' three. I got in my car and drove back home. I parked the car and went up the stairs and unlocked the door.
I heard crying when I entered the house. I went up the stairs and went to our room. I opened the door and I saw everyone crying even Gabe.
"Gabe what-what happened?" I said with the scene breaking my heart.
"Lui! Thank god! Leo won't go to sleep and I tried everything! I think they want you and not me!"
I took Leo and his crying was a bit quieter and I placed a hand on Leo's head and sure enough he's burning up.
"The poor thing is sick, he probably wants to be with me cuz I'm usually cold" I said with a hand on Gabe's cheek wiping away the tears.
"I don't know if I'm a very good father if I couldn't figure that out"
"Don't say that! you're a great dad and I don't blame you for being overwhelmed both of them are hard to manage and this was your first time by yourself... how about you try and put Luna to sleep and I'll go give Leo some medicine?" I said kissing his head.
I went downstairs and gave Leo the medicine we had and went back up stairs, by the time I got to the room he was asleep. Gabe also got Luna to go to sleep so it was a win-win. I placed Leo in his crib and went to take a shower. Once I came back I cuddled with Gabe.
"Don't ever think like that again, I made you a father for a reason, I knew that you would be a great dad and maybe even better than me" I said.
We shared two deep kisses.
"Thank you baby, you're a great mama too"
"Stop calling me mama!"
"Mmm no plus you gave birth to them so you're basically a mama"
"Right but I'm not a girl"
"Still mama fits you" he said as I rolled my eyes.
