I wonder, I got the prototype from this box in the bank. It belongs to Norman Osborn, it's a prototype yet...it's a green liquid. At least I'm getting paid for this. His wife's ring and jewelry, a couple rolls of cash.

The Black Cat took her objective and her extra rewards. She got out of the bank and noticed Spidey swinging by. She ducked down trying not to get caught.

"Hey you! Hands up or I'll open fire!" Yelled a cop as he pulled the alarm.

"Damn, I can't be seen by my Spider, better make this quick." She said to herself as she flipped forward.

The cop started shooting at her, she grabbed his wrist, lifted it up and punched him in the jaw braking it.

"Cat? What are you doing here?" Spiders asked as he fixed his web-bag that had is cloths inside.

"I came here as soon as I heard the alarm." She responded without hesitation.

Spidey looked at her and noticed the package on her belt. He leaped forward towards her. She stood still and looked at him. He quickly grabbed the bag and webbed her feet to the ground.

"Don't lie to me Cat, why did you steal this." Spidey said as he looked inside.

"Listen, just know that a girl has her secrets, and that sometimes we need to get things done on our own." She said as she slashed the webs and lunged forward to Spidey.

His Spider-Senses went off and he backflipped over a car dodging the swing. "I understand but let me help you."

"I don't want to fight you Spider..." She said as she moved her hair back. "But I have to get this done!" She lunged again...

"Damn..."

At Kong's House (Crib)...

"Where's Parker at?" Flash asked Kong.

"I don't know bro, but look at all the honeys." Kong said as he got up.

"I see them, just don't get caught by your girl this time, I'm not taking the bullet." Flash said as he looked around and saw Liz walk in.

"Yo Flash I heard that your trying to kick up with Liz Allan over there." Kong said as he poured vodka into the fruit punch.

"Don't worry about it Kong just get your fat self happy with them girls." Flash said laughing.

"We are in the twenty first century bro, these girls like big round chubby guys, we are bigger magnets." Kong said laughing as he raised up the volume.

At Oscorp...

"Mr. Osborn, i have finished the new weapon that you requested, it's extremely dangerous...it holds the power of an over power nuclear reactor." Said Octavius as he placed down an round clear glass type shell with a glowing yellow he orb inside of it. "I haven't created a frame for it to sit in that would withstand it's raw power, no human or organism that is know to man can hold it without suffering an extremely painful death."

"Don't worry about the frame Otto, I'll handle that myself, good work for once!" Said Norman as he picked it up without taking it out of its shell. "I'll call you...Goliath."

Norman got up and walked out the building into the Oscorp parking lot. He pressed his hand against the scanner and his car was teleported in front of him. He got inside the car senses his presence and knew it was him from the thermal non-lethal radiation that the car produces inside of it to recognize the owner.

"Take me to my restricted location." Said Norman to the car as he read the news about Spider-Man escaping the Slayers. "Only a matter of time now..."
