Kenzie slowly opened the door to Patrick's loft and closed it behind him. She walked toward the table that was close to the window and sat down. She looked down at the table and saw a cup of tea.

Thinking it was for her, she picked up the cup. "Wait. Wait. Don't drink it," Patrick exclaimed.

She softly placed it down and nervously looked at him. "Why? What's in it?"

"Don't tell Lisbon."

Kenzie hesitated. "Okay."

"I may have... taken the belladonna with me."

She looked between the cup of tea and the pouch of belladonna. She lunged for the bag. Patrick grabbed her wrist. Kenzie got out of his grip and reached over him. He grabbed her arms and raised them above her head, pinning her to the table.

Kenzie sighed. "Close the door." Cho closed the door. "Whatever I say cannot come out of this room." The team nodded. "When I was at the hospital, I didn't remember a lot of my sessions. The only things I did remember were my psychiatrist and seeing my dad. Hallucinations and depression don't mix." She then further explained about her killing a guard and how Red John potentially covered it up. "Whoever knew about the LSD is a part of the case."

"I–I was on the ground. I sat up. I didn't understand what was happening." Her voice broke as tears started falling down her cheeks. "Then, my dad was bleeding out on the floor. I tried to save him, but it didn't do anything. Then, he started humming." She started to sniff as if she was trying to smell something. "There's a– I can smell lavender and hear a faint woman's voice."

Patrick leaned over to Lisbon. "I think we should leave."

Teresa brushed him off. "She's not even here yet."

A slightly older, blonde woman in a white button-down and a gray pencil skirt with glasses walked in.

Lisbon turned. "Are you Dr. Evelyn Micheals?"

"Yes," she answered.

"Patrick Jane. You're the, uh, psychic, aren't you?" she asked.

"No. I'm not a psychic. There's no such thing as psychics." Patrick grew uncomfortable as the doctor got into his face, staring at him. "What are you doing?"

"Nothing." She eyed him up and down. "Just wanted to see what all of the fuss is about," she muttered.

He turned his attention back to his phone and dialed another number. "Hi. Nurse Holly, right? Hi, this is Patrick Jane. I was wondering if you could tell me about the relationship between Kenzie and Dr. Micheals."

"Oh God, not that woman. We were all weirded out with the way she was with Kenzie after her sessions. It was confusing. Plus, after the sessions, they would always smell like lavender."

Kenzie was standing in front of the doorway with Dr. Micheals pointing a gun at her temple. Dr. Micheals' arm was around her neck, putting Kenzie in a chokehold. Kenzie's face fell at the sight of Patrick and Teresa.

"I should've known it was you from the moment we stepped foot in your office. The way you talked about Kenzie, it was as if you were in love with her at some point."
