PSA: I'm sorry in advance Secrets and Lies
** A few days went by since Addy had kicked Tim out of the house. She had spent the night trying to keep her emotions together for the sake of Ellie. But when Ellie, went down for the night she couldn't help but cry when she looked at Tim's empty side of the bed.
Addy didn't want to kick Tim out of the house. But, it wasn't ok for him to just randomly show up and expect everything to be fine. He had left Addy, and Ellie feeling alone and hurt.
When the morning came around Addy had decided to take another personal day. She had barely gotten any sleep and didn't want to go to work and be without Ellie. The mix of being alone and postpartum was starting to creep up on her.
Lucy had been consistently checking in on Ellie and Addy. She had stopped at their house before going to the station.
"So, is Tim still ghosting you?" Lucy asks as she holds a sleeping Ellie in her arms. Addy sighs as she cleans up the kitchen counter.
"We haven't talked since I told him to leave. He hasn't messaged me or even called to see how Ellie is doing" she says with a stressed sigh. Lucy nods her head "According to Grey he was taking a few vacation days. I can try to reach out to him. But, you know I'm here for you and Ellie. I'm worried about you Addy" Lucy explains.
Addy gives her a tired smile "I know Luce, I'm tired. I'm barely sleeping, I'm exhausted all the time trying to work, and care for Ellie. I feel like I'm falling apart." She explains as she could start to feel herself become emotional.
Lucysighs "I'm sorry Addy, it's gonna be okay" she comforts her. She looks down at the time seeing it was nearing time to go to the station. She places Ellie back in her swinging chair.
"Listen I'll see if I can get a hold of Tim. I'll come by after my shift" Lucy tells her. Addy nods her head with a smile grateful for a friend like Lucy.
"Thanks Luce, I'll see you later"
** Once Lucy had got to the station she immediately spotted Angela and filled her in on what's going on. Angela had decided to take over trying to find Tim, so Lucy could go out on patrol.
Angela finds Tim sitting at a loading dock in an unmarked truck. She gets into his truck she seeks him with binoculars on listening to a baseball game.
"Hi." She says with a smile taking a sip out of the soda cup. Tim becomes started and puts down his binoculars "Oh my God. What are you doing?" He asks her.
